    Wanted TV & speakers hung on wall and ceiling. I provided Home Theater with detailed room layout, list of existing equipment, list of Bose speaker brackets needed. They said Geek Squad would need a home visit to see my attic to determine if they can do it because I have only attic, not basement. Geek Squad told me they would have to cut too many holes in walls & cables would show! Also wanted to run cables from console to my wireless speakers! Then finally said, they won’t do anything involving attics! I kicked him out of the house.

    The Geek Squad came out to see if I was justified in wanting to return this television that I bought and getting another one. Basically what they told me was that I needed a WiFi booster and next time to spend more money on a better tv. Needless to say I am NOT happy. I moved my modem as they suggested and still have problems with the television but have not bothered to call either Geek Squad or Best Buy because buying another television, especially from Best Buy, is not an opeion.

    The worst service ever - lost a customer

    The tech came and messed up my entire WiFi in my home. When I called him and told him about the problem he said, “I thought you may have a problem because it was giving me trouble too”. We set another appointment for him to come and fix the problem and at the time schedule an electrician to connect the lights/ dimmers. The tech never showed up, never called and has not returned my call. This is the worst service I have received and I will not be returning to Best Buy

    I paid $99 for a site servey, in addition to my $200 total tech only to be given the run around for going on 3 weeks. Appointments rescheduled with out my notification and best buy honestly doesn't seem to care at this point.

    Terrible, I do not recommend to anyone. No follow up assistance from the Geek squad members. Called the phone 1-800-438-0829 phone # from the website and every time I was transferred to the "right person" the call was dropped. When I was able to finally able to speak to someone I was told that they would research a solution and help me with my order. I received a call back from Brian who is supposed to get back to me with an answer.

    The service tech has never called me back and unable to leave a message. Called yesterday and was on the phone for an hour and no help at all. I was told the tech would order the part and return for repairs. Nothing - very unhappy with service. The media equipment was purchased in 2017 from Best Buy and installed by geeks. That service was amazing. Unhappy with this experience. I’ll be at the store on Monday 7/26/21 tech Randall Castenda

    CAT6 cable installed by my electrician ceased functioning. Geek Squad to assess problem. Waste of time and money. Techs did not come with necessary tools, informed me that there was no way to check an existing CAT6 cable end to end. I no bought a tool from Amazon that precisely does that specific job. Also didn’t bring the tools to set and trim wires in a Cat6 RJ45 Keystone Jack. Left the connect worse than it was to begin with. Do not recommend.

    Site surgery conducted by Bo was poorly done. Didn’t seem to care attitude. Didn’t leave any information dnd said we would be called back that night. Have never heard back. We are very upset with him. VERY. We will not be purchasing from Best Buy due to his lack of service as well as most of the Spring Hill Florida location.

    Squad could no do what was needed, quit job Wrong tools, no car 6 ends. The other job was great, tv calibration. But I was charged for both and just got one.

    Because I had to purchase a new tv, i was told my geek squad visit charged me for 2 seperate mountings when i was guaranteed a $49.00 visit when installers wanted over $100.00

    WORTHLESS - Bought the Geek Squad at the same time I bought a Ring hard-wired camera. Waited 6 WEEKS to get them here just for a "consultation" to see how much "material" they would need to install it. Finally got here and told me THEY DON'T DO THAT - GET AN ELECTRICIAN!!!

    I had a tech come to my house to figure out a solution to move my TV across the room. The tech inadvertently stepped through my ceiling. I'm wasting my time getting appraisals and the Best Buy claim company will not correspond with me so I can get my ceiling fixed. The hole is not only costing me time from work to get appraisals, but it is pouring cold air into my house causing my heating to double for the last 2 months. This has been a horrible experience with Best Buy. Sad customer experience! Please respond.

    The agent mount my TV and and it is slanted to the left. It’s over a month still not fix and I have been calling every week. I have been trying for over a month to get this and a few other problems with my install and I am unable to get any of my problems resolved. The worst service I have experienced by any company do not buy anything from BestBuy or have BestBuy do anything for you the are the worst

    Techs came to service 3 TVs. TVs worked while the techs were here but all 3 began having the same problems within a day. I tried to get quick service on a come-back, only to be told I would have to wait until the following week. That was unacceptable so I cancelled my service. Spectrum repaired all 3 within an hour. One more thing. Your 0700-1300 window for repair service is too broad. PS: don't bother with points, I won't be back.

    They came and listened to what I'm looking for without taking any notes, and they were supposed to send me quotes and advices which they never did and when I tried to call best buy, it wasn't easy to reach to customer service. Ended up not being able to tell them that I did not get any advice or quote. I told them my email which again didn't take notes, so I said to them, you can email it to me whichever the email you have and they nodded. I wonder what happened.

We'd absolutely recommend contacting the Best Buy you went to and get further details from that. Since it's a store order, they will have more leeway with it.     The agent that came was great, very informative and helpful. However, we never heard back from Geek Squad about what they recommended for our system.

    best buy was supposed to get back to us with what we can buy/install to meet our goals but we have not heard back and calls have not been returned.

    Not a good choice for a refrigerator

    After waiting two months for this refrigerator, it was not worth the wait. Shelving is cheap plastic and the lighting inside is horrible. It also makes a lot of noise.
