Geek squad installed my microwave and double wall

Microwave trim was not flush with cabinet and microwave door would not open fully. Double wall oven was not flush against the cabinet and was not secured to the cabinet. Securing screws, 4 each, were not installed in the sides of the oven. Geek squad returned two weeks later to complete the installation which was done correctly.

Site Survey is a Waste of Time!!

Person on the phone said I would be called within the next few days to schedule an appointment. Nobody called me. I tried to call back to schedule a time and nobody could help. This was a complete waste of my time. I will not be purchasing the Google Nest Learning Thermostat from Best Buy as a result

4 hour wait

Therefore most people have to use vacation day/half-day for it. They give no indication of when they will be arriving during it, which is even more frustrating. Sitting and waiting hours for them to show up. Extremely frustrating and not worth using a vacation day for. Best Buy needs to either make the timeframe much shorter or to schedule a specific time. Would never ever have them come for a site survey again.

He indicated to me that those cameras did not work and that they would not work. I told him to leave if he was not going to do the job. I proceeded to install them myself and as of today they are working very well.

Wasted time!

I waited 2 weeks and they sent a home theater team to my house that doesn't work on security cameras. A manager was supposed to contact me and never did?

Geek Squad is Lazy

They said if they have to get on knees even if only 1 and bend over they can't install the cameras. It has to be a wifi connections. I have plenty of standing room where the camera's would be installed. I will not be back to best buy for anything nor will I give any good recommendations for anything.

Addressing my Home Theater Needs

Things are not working accurately now at my home and the customer service through the 1-800 number has been horrific. I thought it would be better using a chain store but it hasn't. Terrible experience that I am still going through currently.

Over priced sales pitch for customers

There is an upsell of services and best buy does no wor it is all contracted out with huge costs for consumers. Geek squad wasnt really helpful and its to difficult to use and get help walk in or over the phone and too many limitations!

When I called Best Buy to order the installations, I was given about doubled the quote. As a result, I am now forced to find someone else.

Best Buy Addresses and Phone Numbers Need to be cH

You guys have to let customers review the addresses and phone numbers in their profiles and on their orders.

Terrible customer service

This was scheduled and we were told the person couldn’t do it but he’d assign someone else. That person never showed up. No one ever returned my phone calls. Left message with their Manager & he never returned my call either. I went into the store 3 times to work on this. I finally canceled my order. Absolutely terrible experience. I took an entire day off work & no one ever helped me from Best Buy.

Two weeks and I've heard nothing!

It was a rushed visit (I had a lot of things I wanted to cover) but we went over a few things. That was two weeks ago, and I've not heard a single thing from them ever since, not even why they are late with their writeup. Not impressed.
