I thought maybe they had outdated contact information the first time so I went into the store and updated and rescheduled. No show again so I don't know what you want me to rate.

Security system

They said they'd get back to me with the best system in a day or two. I contacted the store after about ten days. They said they would check into it. That was about ten days ago....(Not a word from them)

Home site survey

The magnolia departementb was contacted only after 6-7 tries. Also the quote for the home Site survey is not yet complete. So the work HS not started.

We are starting to think best buy does not want our business. We have been very loyal to this store and to best buy. We have been a Geek Squad member for many years and this situation has been very disappointing.

Luckily I remeasured, was able to change my order to the smaller TV whi h will fit.

You dropped the ball .

The tech seemed to be guess or taking a shot in n the dark as to what really needed to to be repaired. He was not very concrete or convincing that he knew what he was doing. I had to speak with a manager to get things resolved.

No Show from Geek Squad

Once in the store when they said they would have someone call. No one did. Then I called and ordered this one and they said come to the store to order? Which is it? Still haven't had it done.

Still Waiting

I was told I have to wait to get on the techs calendar. I have reached out to the tech at least three times within the last two months and still have not received a date for install. At this point I’ll pass on the geek squad services.

Dreadful

They were in a hurry, said the the TV could not be mounted for some vague reason. They were also supposed to set up AV system, but didn't have any speaker wire, etc, with they. They left without doing anything. Rude and unprofessional. I've used Geek Squad in the past but never would again.

Poor service/no service

First visit went fine, I had a second visit to confirm my wiring for surround sound. Then I never heard back, never received an estimate through email-nothing... I’ve called twice. I am trying to purchase these services and no one will even get back to me. Ridiculous.

Geek squad failed my household 3 times in a month

Had the audacity to call 3 whole hours after the 3 hour window. Now harrassing me to reschedule. Ridiculous. Going with competition DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD APPLE VALLY CA, more like sour grapes, are us.......run that.
