    I had a Geek Squad to come over to my home to give me an estimate to install a flat screen TV above the fireplace and hook up my equipment. Never heard back for an estimate and poor communication.

    I have been ignored, scheduled dates cancelled by them, no showed, told the wrong information, was told to purchase products that I did not need. I am still waiting over a month now to get some answers and a date where they will actually fix my problem.

    Geek squad technician was in a big rush

    Was really in a rush to leave to go do another job . Really disappointed. Asked technician if he could adjust my TV height to be a little bit higher . Refuse because he said “ I have to go do another job “ I wouldn’t request Geek squad anymore . I rather find else where or do it my self next time .

    Never heard back after the in home consultation! Went to the store after not being able to get through on line and even the manager didn't get back to us. They loose a $4000.00 purchase and installation. I will shop elsewhere.

    the tec. came on time. His evaluation was to have a home consultation by Magnolia TEC. I was given an appointment for the following Sturday. 2.00 to 3.30. Nobody shoved up or called. Very Very DISAPPOINTED

    I spent two hours plus trying to reach someone at geek squad today. Every time someone put me on hold and the entire process started over. I just wanted to schedule getting a second doorbell installed.

    They simply did not do the job as I asked them to do it but they did it in the easiest way for them, the problem they claimed for not doing the job as I asked them simply did not exist and I had to hire an electrician to finish the job so they basically made me pay for the same job twice

    Requested service on 09/09/21, had site survey on 09/23/21 for all projects we requested and have yet heard back from anyone from Best Buy. Today is 10/01/21 and it looks like Best Buy is not interested !!!!!

    the first guy, was a tv guy, knew nothing about fridges. Second visit was a NO SHOW. I Waited 6 hrs at home and NO ONE SHOWED UP. HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL? Hopefully, they actually show up, TUES. IF NOT, ILL BE AT STORE AND GET BACK MY $2200 DOLLARS CASH BACK, WED.... 1 is the lowest I could go. NOT HAPPY

    I was promised a quick response for a sound survey at my home. Well that was over a week ago. I myself figured out what I needed to complete my home audio project and am very happy with the results and I found the same receiver at Amazon for $53 less.

    AFTER WAITING A MONTH, THE COMPANY THAT DID THE MEASUREMENTS WAS NOT NOTIFIED AND THE COMPUTERS - TV COMPANY WAS SENT, SO AFTER WAITING AND MISSING WORK FOR HALF A DAY, TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN AND LOSE ANOTHER HALF A DAY, SO WHEN THE APPLIANCES WERE DELIVERED, GUESS WHAT... THEY DID NOT FIT!!!! INCOMPETENCE AT MAXIMUM EXPRESSION

    I already left an honest but bad review on the internet. Short of it is they tried to show up at a different time than agreed upon, I couldn’t do it. Said they’d come on Sunday, never showed. Claimed there wasn’t an appointment scheduled. Took no responsibility for their screwup. Never again.

    NEVER purchased anything. Home consultant Raul humiliated and embarrassed me. Refused to sell me item I wanted. I am disabled senior that was forced to come into store if I wanted my purchase. When I got to store he said item was not available. I purchased my TV's, stand, wall mount and install from Costco

    I am still waiting on a report to tell me the items I need to purchase to complete this job. It would be great if after this service the technician can then bring to the house what they need to remount the TV. I could then be billed for the items and they would have exactly what they need for the job.

    Geek squad site visit

    I tried 2 times to get this set up and have someone come to my house but no one ever returned calls or came to the house. Very disappointed in this service or lack of from the Geek Squad. If someone wasn’t coming out for the site visit it would have been nice to be notified.

    Great...wanted to see if a TV could be mounted in my office. Set up the appointment for after work was done. Waited from 4pm to 8pm. Not a single call to tell me the guy wasn't going to show up. What a waste of time! This is definitely NOT the way to do business. Will be shopping for tech elsewhere from now on!

    The agent did not show up for the Sat appointment and I have not been contacted at all since then. I even called Mon and spoke to a customer service rep, who assured me that someone would be contacting me.
