It never happened

So I called and was told their calendar was down but that they would now call "within 24 hours." Never did again. So I went and bought a 65" Samsung TV somewhere else.

When we called to check on status, we were not on the schedule since the Geek Squad did not register the required $50 payment. Complete failure by Geek Squad. Gary Nogle

Not pleased

Spent $3k, couldn’t get a setting right on the receiver, guy finally came to my house and told me he’d charge me about $100 to help my receiver link to the speakers. Not pleased. Too bad the squad wasn’t as helpful as the salesman

Savannah never got back to us.

Never heard back after numerous attempts on my behalf. She committed to get back with me the afternoon of 11/22 and it has been 2 weeks.

Very disappointed with the quality and the amount of problems. This is my second TV and it is having issues too!! I wish I had my old TV back. the employees are great.
