Poor Service

The original scheduled technician was running behind schedule and sent me a text stating he put a request to have another agent come however no one ever showed up or called.

Never Happened

Instead they showed up on installation day, no site survey performed and guess what? We had a number of problems that caused our Install to be delayed by two weeks.

Don’t bother buying protection plans

I purchased a protection plan for a treadmill and after having it a month and 1/2 it stopped working. They refused to service it and then offered to replace it but it would negate my 3 year program. Ridiculous!

The service provider did not recommend products or make suggestions which were meaningful.,. It seemed that he didn't know what he was supposed to do.

they charged my account before installation

Two geeks

They made a couple suggestions for fixing a complicated built in system and said a proposal would be forthcoming. It never came and my attempts to reach the Geek have been futile!

Aweful service

Will not use again

I made 3-4 follow ups with Best Buy to get an estimate for installing a home theater and was given the run around each and every time. The promises to call me, come out to give an estimate never occurred
