    Agent was not able to tell me if two TVs would be able to be wall-mounted and cords hidden behind wall. Suggested different member of Best Buy team come out who would know better what model Wall mounts, etc. are available.

    I had scheduled a home survey for installation of my stereo system, they came were polite and sold me a bunch of dreams. Told me they would draw up an estimate and come install everything for me. Never ever heard back from them. Terrible.

    Scheduled two separate appointments for consultations and was stood up both times. Someone was supposed to look into the reason and call me back with a resolution but I have not heard anything back.

    Overpriced service for what you actually get which is pretty much nothing. Still hidden fees and charges. I purchase most all of my electronics from BB but this geek squad is a total complete gimmick if I ever saw one.

    This event never happened. I waited around through the scheduled appointment on the observance of July 4 (uly 5th). No one called no one emailed. I only found out I Your "service" was AWFUL!!!

    Still trying to spend $2404.90 with the store. No one has contacted me since I accepted the quote. Customer service is lacking to say the least. Just trying to give someone the order and money

    I am still waiting for a phone call to schedule the survey. Not sure why it is taking so long for a member to get an appointment, so i continue to wait. Not very good customer service/disappointed.

    Geek squad came by to my house and told me that the cameras could be installed according to my liking. But, when the third party vendor came by on the installation day, they said they couldn't. I had to return the home surveillance system because of it.

    They came by and looked but gave me a quote I knew was wrong when I called to confirm they doubled it ohh well once I returned a item unopened and they wanted to charge for warranty on product I no longer owned

    Attempting to get help for my 90-year-old father, in-home consultation four month wait no callbacks and etc. going to go to another big box store or otherwise to get my products from now on.
