    It's been 3 weeks since Best buy came to my house to give an estimate to replace my surround sound and two calls into them with not one reply. Don't waste your time

    We had 2 people come to the house to evaluate our property for cameras. They were to have given us suggestions & options. We would have bought a significant amount of product from them but they never got back to us

    The first time I called I was on hold for 30 mins.

    They came out and told me I would have to call to get the estimate the next day. I called and they told me they didn’t think they could do the work, but they would call me back. They never called me back.

    this site survey was to evaluate and estimate moving my receiver and improve my remote control. I have not heard from Geek Squad since. I would like a response.

    Not able to help me run an HDMI line. Offered no input as to what could be done other than call Magnolia group. I had an electrician run the line for me with no real issues.
