    Had geek squad member come out to the house to give us an estimate on an installation of a new tv and audio receiver. Was told we would receive the estimate via email but never did. Waste of my time.

    Came in with an attitude. First thing out of his mouth is “I don’t have time “ which he repeated at least 4 times in next 3 minutes. Will not do half the things I needed as he didn’t have time

    The service was terrible for à system that needed attention. No telephone line to the store when needed. I would not recommend this to anybody.

    Geek Squad set up an appt to give an estimate to install cameras. When they arrived at my home, they stated they do not install security cameras. They should have not scheduled the appt.

Rearranging your schedule to be home for an appointment is never ideal, so I can certainly understand why it rubbed you the wrong way that an appointment was scheduled if security cameras were not something they could handle. That is far from the stress-free experience we wanted to provide when you decided to come to us for your security camera needs. I am truly sorry that we let you down with this interaction, but I hope you can give us another chance to show you the excellent customer experience I know we can provide.

    they need a lot more work on employee development people skills and a lot more coaching on dealing with the general public and organizational skills are a must with this company
