Geek Squad - Installed computer/printer excellent!

Mr Kwan is efficient, professional, experienced and delivers complete service, he guarantees you understand how everything works and tests the equipment before he leaves so there are no unanswered questions. Customer satisfaction is his "priority." He is the BEST in Best Buy. Recommending Geek Squad because of Mr Kwan's superior service and personal attention to detail.

Geek Squat was so well worth money!!!

They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I also appreciated their patience while I set up my Google account with the new device. The entire mounting and set up was faster than I expected.

Nice tv but Geek Squad was great

Called Best Buy and they sent a geek squad guy to my house. He said the screen was bad and it would be better to replace it. Even though the return period had past, he made arrangements to get a new one, brought it to my house, set it up, and so far so good. It plays great. The geek squad's guy was named Jeff and I can't say enough about him. Not only a truly nice guy and super helpful, but he knew what he was doing, fast, professional and cleaned everything up. He is the reason I bought an extended warranty and continue to buy at Best Buy.

The two of them worked very efficiently, very courteous, connected to Verizon. They adjusted my cable box, and my remote. Excellent, installers. They tested the stability of the new 55" TV, and they also installed my new DVD player, making sure that everything worked easily and correctly. I would certainly give both of them 10 Stars a piece. They both are a credit to Best Buy Stores. They were careful of my floors and the existing furniture, they wore slippers over their boots and had the kindness to ask me before entering my home if I wanted them to wear a mask. Great skills both as installers and great customer service . Thank you

Best Customer Service Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There were two teams of agents that came to my house. They both did an outstanding job at my house. They connected the outdoor antenna, delivered a 75" Samsung TV, connected the receiver, connected DVD player, connected Roku , connected the sub-woofer and also connected the TIVO. Bryce and Lucas and their assistants arrived on time, were well informed, knew their stuff, were very polite and courteous. Their service was among the best I have ever had, they get an A+++ in my book. If only customer service was this good everywhere there would be a lot of very happy consumers. I am extremely pleased with there service and would ask for them.

He also provided me with an excellent tutorial on several pieces of recently purchased equipment. Since his visit I’m enjoying my purchases. Additionally, he offered several suggestions for additional equipment I have since purchased from Best Buy. He did set me up with a visit from a consultant to review my home for the best way to expand my WiFi signal. Unfortunately, that consultant has yet to contact me to set up an appointment.

Geeks are GREAT! Problems SOLVED!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two gentlemen who showed up w/ my new super-thin 55" Samsung TV Screen were asked to do the impossible: fit it into a 40" space in my rustic pine bookcase. They had brought the high-end mount rack I'd purchased, but had another - much cheaper one - in their van. Switching out, they not only saved me money, but made the installation ROCK! Their carpentry skills were top-shelf, and we all had a great laugh at the end as it all came together with turning it on for the first time. They were completely professional from beginning to end, but their lighthearted banter and teamwork helped make me feel at ease through the whole process. They kept the job site nice and tidy throughout their labors, even vacuuming up debris as they made it. As problems cropped up, they were already ahead of them, and all their solutions were elegantly perfect. I highly recommend the Geek Squad to install anything large or fragile every time. They are simply THE BEST! Bye!
