    Best Buy Employee Review Milton - Employee # A535954 Our Volvo repair specialist suggested we go to Best Buys to look for a radio to replace the one which died in our 2006 Volvo. We were immediately impressed with their selection of car radios and related items, including back up cameras. We found Milton in the audio section and he immediately engaged us to identify what we needed in a car radio. He entered the information in the computer and reviewed the options available for our car (Not every radio fits). He was very familiar with the options and suggested several models and explained the differences. We have not been regular visitors to your store. But our experience during our visit was a very good one. Milton asked what we expected in a new car radio. There were a range of options, and many had quite sophisticated technology. He seemed knowledgeable, wanted to help us meet our needs, and his overall approach was reassuring. After identifying what features and radio we wanted, he started checking the availability of the radio and the components needed to install it. We decided to include a “Back up camera” feature with our radio. Again, he checked the availability of all the elements to install it. As customers unfamiliar with Best Buys, Milton explained several benefits, including Total Tech, which covers installation and repairs of technological devices. The additional cost of installing the backup camera made the purchase of Total Tech cost effective. To summarize our experience at Best Buys is to describe our excellent experience with Milton. He was very knowledgeable about the products we wanted, and his personal manner was engaging. He was reassuring that we were getting not only what we wanted, but an even better product due to his information. We then moved on to look at laptop computers. Milton again was very helpful. His knowledge of the products and his desire to help us find what was right for us make the experience a good one. We bought a laptop. In summary, Milton was knowledgeable about the products, helpful and very personable. We feel fortunate that he was there to help us.

    Chandler greeted me just after I entered the store and asked me how he could help me. I told him what I needed. He took me right over to the Geek Squad and explained my needs to Brandon. Brandon came right out, greeted me and showed me how to fix the problem with my SanDisk stick so I could get my photos on my phone uploaded to it. They were very professional, yet, kind , very pleasant and so willing to help me understand how to use it. They were so patient while helping me. It made my day that they made things so easy for me…..a person who is older and not tech savvy at all. There should be more people in this world like them. I wanted to let their boss know what a fabulous job that they did, but didn’t the survey email as I forgot to update it, so I went back into the store and met Joya, who greeted me as I entered the door and asked how she could help me. She was also pleasant and very helpful, to get it all figured out. Another awesome employee!!! I want to thank them all so very much for making things so easy and effortless for me!!!

    Matt and Steve were great. Excellent installation, cleaned up thru out the whole process, constantly updated us as to what they were doing and also asked our opinion on how things looked. Two great guys and very knowledgeable about our installation, hung tv, soundbar, rear speakers and all the techy how to’s were explained perfectly.

    My 95 yo mom absolutely loved the Geek Squad guy that helped her with her smart TV. She said he was so understanding, respectful, and patient with her. She was so happy he fixed her issues and ensured she was able to operate it herself before leaving. Wish we had gotten his name to request him next time!

    A macro-memorable microwave experience

    The review form sent to me was labeled as a Home Theater Site Survey and my purchase was actually for a replacement Over The Range Kitchen Aid microwave. This is an important fact in regards to a survey like this. The complete process involved three different home visits populated by three completely different Geek squad representatives, all of whom were extraordinarily courteous, professional, knowledgeable and competent in their service The first team had to determine if my choice of a replacement microwave would work in the same location as the previous microwave. The second visit involved careful measurement of the under-cabinet space of the location and the measurements of the replacement unit itself. The third visit was the actual installation of the new unit. I could not have been more pleased with any of the Geek squad individuals or the quality and competence of their service and skill sets. Prior to each visit, I was contacted by phone on the agreed-to day with information concerning when the visit would begin and each of those calls promised arrivals of less than a half-hour until arrival, an absolutely accurate estimate. All these elements made for a completely satisfying experience, crowned by the operation of the microwave itself since it was installed. I'm convinced of the idea that, when it comes to microwaves and services, I was in the best hands with Best Buy

    Marantz Cinema 50

    My wife and I was looking for a new A/V, our 17 year old Pioneer went out on us, Alejanclro showed us several different units and we ened up with the Marantz Cinema 50. This thing is awsome! It was more money than we actually wanted to spend but I’m glad we did it. James also helped us and he was very helpful. We’re very happy with our purchase.

    The agents led by Joseph Norris were excellent. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, the TV soon became inoperable and required new parts which Joseph ordered and as soon as they came in he came back on 12/21/23 and installed the new parts and so far the TV works.

    My TV died. I called the geek squad. The help I received was swift, efficient, and very satisfactory. The cost for repair would have been almost as much as getting a new set. I opted for a new set. The technician delivered it and set it up. I am pleased with the results.

    I have purchased several tech items from your company over for many, many years. Being an older person, I struggled with setting up or assuring I was using correctly, the technology devices I ordered. Luckly, I purchased the All Tech Geek Squad Service and was truly blessed to have Anton Mercier as my tech support person. From the first time I met him a few years ago, I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I am VERY grateful for his patience, kindness and true dedication to helping me with my many and different tech issues. He is patient and understanding, that not everyone has the same tech skills as younger aged people or people in the business field. Your company is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee and one that is caring towards his customers, which is difficult to find these days. Thank-You to Anton for always delivering Gold Star Service in every possible category. Best-Buy, please recognize how lucky you are to have such an awesome employee! I have and will continue to seek out Anton for help with the products and services I purchase from your company.     Mark,Ariel,Eric and Steve did a great job installing my new Samsung TV and other components. They, also, did a great job showing me how to operate the new Samsung and the other 2 tv"s they moved to other parts of my house! I am very satisfied with their work!

    The Geek Squad was amazing! Steve & Jessica did a great job installing our new TV & sound bar & Roku. Were very patient and explained many, many features of the TV and Roku. Did a great job of being very considerate of our home and cleaned up all of the boxes etc. I would definitely recommend them...great team!!

    Ģreek squad mounted my new TV and installed the internet and put on all my channels. France's is the best greek person in the company. He also installed the Ecco system for the internet. I did not have to go to the store he purchased everything for me and took my card when he finished THANK you for all your hard work. .

    Still a work in progress. I have some older A/V equipment that was difficult to link in, so I need to pick up some additional equipment and reschedule for completion. Tech was very professional, explained what was going on and what needed to be done, attempted alternative solutions before having to explain to me that I'd need to obtain the right equipment first. Overall, Geek Squad is the best thing I've ever bought -- your techs have installed everything from my new laptop to my new frig quickly and efficiently at no extra charge; I'm certainly going to continue to renew as long as I have any kind of tech equipment -- this is particularly valuable for getting my laptop back working when something goes bluey.

    Joanna was very helpful in setting up my new laptop. I was very emotional. I had fried my latop with a glass of water the night i came home from getting a complete knee replacement. Then the one I ordered was not working. She was so kind and helpful in getting me another new one a d setting it up. It is working perfectly now. Loved her help so much.

    Chad did an amazing job installing our home theater equipment. He didn’t site survey, made some great recommendations and then installed everything and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. It was great to have someone who asked good questions and made sure he put the needs of us as homeowners in the forefront of everything. I’d highly recommend Chad and crew for all of your home theater needs.
