The geek squad representatives did a great job in going over how my smart tv and sonos arc soundbar worked. Even going over the voice commands.

I was always curious about the ring door bell. The person who was setting up other things got the ring doorbell from his truck and showed me how it worked. So I purchased it and I love it for many reasons.

The agents made sure my sound bar and TV were working in sync and could turn on and off easily.

Brandon did an outstanding job installing wall mount, TV, sound bar, in wall cable and DVD player. Could not have asked for a better job!

The tv was fixed, problem solved and they did extra by hooking up the home theater properly to work better the techs knew their job and should be rewarded

He hooked up our new TV quickly and got it hooked up to the internet accurately. He also installed the one app we really needed.

Geek squad came into our renovation space while the walls were still just studs to advise on the home theatre setup we wanted. It was perfect. With their help, we were able to mark every spot to run speaker wire, Cat6 wire, coax, and even best placement of electric outlets. We'll have everything in the walls ready to go when it is time for their install. The theatre is being built around their consultation and they are making excellent product recommendations for the size and type of space.

Justin was very helpful to us with his knowledge of what we needed for a TV hookup and checking our purchase out. We appreciate all that Best Buy and Justin have to offer.

On Sunday, March 14, 2021, we drove from Vero Beach for an appointment we had made at Jensen Beach Best Buy /GeekSquad. When we arrive we hardly had to wait in line. The agent (Bryan Gonzalez) took us in immediately and helped us in a timely manner, he was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and was able to answer any and all questions we had. The agent worked diligently to figure out why my son’s iPhone was not working correctly. It turned out the phone needed to be shipped to apple due to a manufacturing problem. All in all, we were quite satisfied with the entire progress. The phone was shipped out on Sunday or Monday and we got a new phone within three days tops. I just want to thank the young man for doing such an assiduous job. Great Work!

The tech did all my needs setting up a new computer, monitor and printer and did a good job.

Madison from the Home Theater Department was extremely helpful. I came in looking for something for my car stereo and could not find it on the sales floor. Madison came over from another department and asked me if I needed help. She went back and looked in back and a couple of minutes later came out with the last one they had. She was very professional, nice and friendly and was a pleasure to have her help me. I have not been to Best Buy in years but if your sales people are like Madison I will definitely be back.

The agent did an excellent job in fixing my printer. She was super friendly and a overall expert in what she does.

I came home from an exhausting trip across the world only to find out that my tv was not working!!!! I decided to consult the geek squad and voila we had answers and solution choices in no time. Awesome fast service and now I have a brand new Roku tv at an affordable price and the price included delivery installation haul away of old not working one and voila ! Thank you Eddie...awesome!!!!

My Geek Squad guy (David,) did his best to correct problems with my new t.v. that I recently purchased through Best Buy. Everything was working fine after he left, but the very next day the problem occurred again and is still occurring occasionally. I believe it’s a problem with the t.v. itself (maybe). Overall things are working better thanks to David. David has helped me a couple of times in the past and is a tremendous help. He can usually figure out any problem and find solutions. I may have to get help from the manufacturer for this reoccurring problem though.

Agent set up new TV and mounted it on the wall above the mantle. Also mounted another flat screen on the wall. Nicely installed. Very courteous, efficient and professional.

Jay assessed my request and determined it would work to do the requested work. He had me order the needed supplies and set up an appointment to do the work. The TV is attached to the deluxe mount securely. Jay installed the outlet and hid the outlet behind the TV and wires in wire covering product to achieve a smooth, professional installation. Thanks very much. I am enjoying my TV in the kitchen/eating area!

A wonderful, knowledgeable agent who listened to the situation and connected new TV to Antenna .

Installed water line to refrigerator for ice maker. Quick and efficient and they had all parts needed to replace valves etc.
