Nathan and Wes along with Sam when he is out in the field taking care of his customers! This team of professionals are the only reason ikeep this changed service of Total Tech to just Tech! It certainly is not for what Best Buy provides. When they made the change it was the worst thing that Best Buy could of done,it just shows they aee just out for the money and not for the customers.

Geek Squad is truly awesome! I brought in my computer to be fixed and it was donr several days early.

We were extremely pleased with the overall service of Adam and his team. They were knowlegeable, neat and thorough both setting up my equipment and explaining how to use it. The interfaces were new to us but they took the time to make sure all our applications worked. The Sonos soundbars and sub woofer exceeded my expectations for overall sound quality! Would highly reccomend using this team.

The agents did a great job. They hooked up every thing very quickly. After hooking up everything they tested what they had hooked up, everything worked GREAT.

I needed to pick up a product from curbside at the Maryland store and Joshua went over and beyond, not just for me, but for others, too. When he saw people waiting for extended periods of time, he would politely address our questions and even do what he could to help. In two cases, I witnessed him going to in to assist with orders and even bring the unpulled order out to us. In my case, it had been 1 1/2 hour wait (beyond promised time) when he helped me in a manner of minutes. We need more people like this young man in the world! He is polite, professional, hard-working and empathic towards each person who needed assistance. @Joshua, with your people skills, you will go far in life!!!
