The heater works great, puts out nice heat, easy to use and is mobile.

the Geek Squad was truly a squad, they sent 3 at once. They hooked up my tv, surround sound, cable and DVD. they also programmed my remote to run it all and it took very little time.

Very patient with me and my wife helping us understand what he was doing. Carefully showed us how to use all the features. Camera installation went well and I need a security alarm

The agent brought out an optical cable, connected it to my receiver, reprogrammed my universal remote. Now I can watch Disney+ on my Samsung Smart TV and here it through my surround sound system.

Geek Squad arrived earlier than expected which is good as I no longer had to wait. Some people might find it annoying but it ended up okay. We had a site survey to see options in wall mounting our TV on top of the fireplace. The squad member identified studs but was unable to fully see that we had a long and thick wood plank underneath the drywall on top of our fire place where we can connect the TV mount (we found out about this when we checked it ourselves after the fact). This resulted in his recommendation being constrained. We ended up getting a different mount as a result.

I'm happy it was done as it prepared me for the actual install of the Rind doorbell pro. It made me aware of the electricity requirement so no time was wasted and the install was done correctly the first time.
