The drivers was excellent they put my TV up very fast.

The customer service support helped fixed my old Laptop and TV that had issues with Virus and they fixed everything in the order it was received I'm Happy, and they Happy!

James F. Was and is the most incredible service tech we have ever had. His knowledge of products and technology issues astounds us. He never rushes us through an issue and explains EVERYTHING as he goes. He makes sure we understand the issues and how he is going to correct the problem. He has always been courteous & extremely neat. There is never anything to clean up after he leaves. This Geek Squad technician is truly amazing & one that consistently goes above & beyond!!! Good work. Installation was quick and he came on time. Sound bar failing and subsequent geek squad visit was good. He explained how to disconnect the sound bar. Visit to geek squad at the rockaway store was excellent. New replacement sound bar was ordered snd it should be delivered and installed on Oct. 17 The people I’ve been in contact with have been courteous and helpful

David came to my house twice to install a motion detector and a video doorbell. He went out of his way to satisfy my needs. He was very patient to answer all of my questions. He patiently explained every detail of the units he was installing. I am sure glad I chose David to do the work for me as a dedicated total tech member.

Just what I needed! Andy was terrifically helpful: on his advice, I upgraded my eero, and got much better wifi; he set up a home network for my computers/phones/TVs; got me a new fast router/modem, and advised me how to optimize my equipment; and he was available for advice through email and messages. The TotalTech free "visits" that can handle multiple functions and advice are exactly what an ordinary person needs for help.

Geek squad did an awesome job setting up our Tv and internet and stayed as long as we needed to answer all questions

We had issues with our Webroot saying that it was expired. I still had two months remaining. I contacted Geek Squad and talked to three different agents. Everyone of them was very professional and helpful. They were able to resolve my issue and they even made updates to our computer that made it more efficient. I talked with Agents Jose and Jishan. I also called and talked with a young lady that gave me the keycode I needed so Webroot could be updated. I am sorry that I cannot remember her name. We would be lost without Geek Squad. Thank you all for the awesome work you do!

The agent came to my home to set up a printer that I wanted to use to copy stuff off of my phone, unfortunately when he was halfway through and found out that I didn’t have Wi-Fi he told me that I would not be able to use it for what I wanted to, so he put it back in the box for me, and I had to return it

I needed a longer cable wire for my iPhone 8 mophie & a representative knew right away they were sold out! She recommended a different one. I looked at it & asked, ‘Are you SURE this is going to work?’ She assure me it would & gave me her name! SHAMEEKA! At first, I waited while she took care of a special needs customer. She was patient & helpful & made sure to open the door for him on his way out. She’s a very 2021 young, cool lady! AND knowledgeable!!! You have a valuable employee!! Thank you, Shameeka!
