They were awsome. Very patient and willing to answer all questions in language I understood.

I purchased a new LG tv from Best Buy and attempted to set it up myself. I did a reasonably good job, but my picture quality was poor. Geek Squad can out and did a full diagnostic review and found the root of my problem (it was the internet speed). I could never have found the problem in my own. Thanks Geek Squad!

I would not have considered the Geek Squad Tech Program until I bought a new computer and it was available for $199. The program is for a year but covers more than I imagined. Robert was the one who worked on my computer and had to manually extract data from a laptop that died onto a newly purchased machine. He kept in contact with me on the status of the update and was so professional and courteous. I'm.a firm believer in Geek Squad now and the Best Buy Tech Program. They will mount a wall tv for $50, install car components free, updated my computer and set it up at no charge! It's fantastic as was Robert! Kuddos!

Went to the Traverse city Michigan Store on Black Friday and Bree and Hunter's product knowledge and customer service were OFF THE CHARTS. Great attitude, kind, personable, took the time, kept trouble shooting until we found a solution on a new purchase. Perserverence was successful and I left with a great gift! Hats off to these two! When most shopping experiences are unpleasant from rude employees, this location (the other employees also) was a wonderful experience. Give Hunter and Bree a bonus, promotion and recognition. The repairs were done quickly and works perfectly. He then did a site evaluation for upgrades and adding a door bell camera. Have had some issues, he wrote a report and have had no follow thru . Called and set up an appointment via phone this week. Something happened and no show by Geek Squad.

Martin at the Western Hills location in Cincinnati, Ohio is the BEST. We were having so many problems with our less than 1 yr old Playstation 4. My husband and myself took our PS4 to the Colerain Ave location at 1st and were treated like 100% trash by 3 different Geek Squad/Best Buy employees. I ended up going to the Western hills location and within minutes Martin and another lady were taking care of us. They spent a good 30 minutes of their time going over everything with us also. I will never shop at any other location nor deal with any other employees of Best Buy or Geek Squad.

The agent was very knowledgable and did a great job connecting our new receiver to our speaker system.

I went to BestBuy Downtown to buy a blender. As a newcomer, I was completely lost. Dee immediately came to me to ask if I needed help. She took time to explain which product and which brand will be the best to blend seeds. I was amazed not only at her deep knowledge of the the products but also at her kindness. I used my blender this morning and guess what? It perfectly blended my seeds. My next purchase will be a steamer. I will ask Dee for sure. You should definitely do the same!

I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max yesterday at the Boardman, OH store. Brady was amazing! Knowledgable, helpful, kind & answered all my questions. (and I had a ton. lol) He also transferred all my info to my new phone. I even ended up buying some accessories that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere because of how I was treated. Time to give him a raise! Thanks, Brady!!

I was working with Michelle who is a sales manager at the Modesto store. I had issues with Blu G9 phone which she helped with getting another Blu G9 phone. Even though the replacement didn't work she helped work through the issues. Patrick at the Modesto Store helped with confirming the replacement phone didn't work and then helped and configured another phone that I am currently happy with. I appreciate the patience that was given to me and the professional service. This is why I go to best buy for my electronic purchases. Great Job!!!!!!

Everything was finished quickly without any problems. Repairman was very gracious. He explained all of the problems I was having and the reasons why. When we were finished he was kind enough to answer a number of other questions I had about my service. As far as I am concerned, the best part of Best Buy is the service they bring to the home. Five Star!

Agent William helped us with a simple purchase, and he was just perfect for us. He helped us as we knew which printer we wanted, and website showed one in stock, site was wrong. He then suggested ordering to have delivered at house next day, a great save as we were going to go down the road to buy the printer today. We wanted to thank William for taking the time to help us with our purchase and saved a customer also.

Geek Squad did good job on install. Would use again for home theater setup.
