Excellent service, from Trey Benzel the designer of my system to the Geek Squad tech who made sure everything was not only working but that their client understood how to navigate it. The fact that this attention to service was about five years after the sale says it all! Thanks to all.

I have twice had members of the Geek Squad come to my home to help me with problems related to equipment I had purchased. Each time the team was on time, focused on the problem and got my systems back up and running smoothly. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Alta and Ana at Best Buy on Broadway near Houston gave me the best service imaginable. Alta was determined to transfer data from my old (and dying) phone into my new Android and she saved the day for me with only seconds left on the old battery. She has wonderful techinial knowledge and is very patient.Excellent experience for my husband and me. Would give six stars if possible!

I was told interfacing the apple iOS calendar with the Google calendar could not be accomplished because they are two different platforms. He checked with his superior who concurred and then returned adamantly expressing that it was not possible even though I informed him I had done it before. He was very condescending. I am a retired woman professor and have worked in the cad cam industry as a product manager. I didn’t argue, I left. I am a total tech customer. I came home and worked on the internet to determine if there had been a change. I found the following: “ You can add Google Calendar events to your Apple calendar on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad. You can sync Google Calendar with the Calendar app that comes on your iPhone or iPad.” Obviously, these two men do not know enough to represent Best Buy Geek Squad.

Geek Squad provided the best computer service ever. I needed to take a Zoom class from Fairfax County and the computer specialist quickly loaded Google Zoom on my computer. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable too. If ever I need computer support, I will remember to call the Geek Squad first always.

Me and my fiance just bought a house and went into best buy looking for security cameras and a washer and dryer. We were helped by Abigail and she is absolutely amazing!! Helped us pick the right washer and dryer for us and also helped us get professional installation for our cameras and for our washer and dryer. She was very knowledgeable about everytbing we were trying to do and even more.If you ever need help in the best buy on harbison in sc ask for abigail!

Agents hardwired my Ethernet cable to the tv. Awesome job!

The agent was on time, in fact a little ahead of time, was very polite, very interested in hearing my "problem" and in a matter of minutes had my computer back on track again! I certainly would never own a computer of any kind without the services of GEEK!!

I have had nothing short of outstanding service from the Geek Squad. The last group included Jacob and Shawn. Before that it was Alex and Jeff. You are told who is coming via email or text; so, there are no surprises - and you get a call from the leader of the team when they are headed your way. They are excellent. Can't say enough good about them.

The Geek Squad went beyond and above. My motion floodlight camera is up and running again.

Agents have been very helpful with my new Hp printer and my old Mac computer.

So yesterday February 4, 2021 we went to Best Buy to buy a phone and AirPods we had an amazing assistant his name was Hayden we asked so many questions and he was super helpful and kind. Not only did he try to help us get into the rewards program he was very helpful and helped us determine prices and the descriptions of the item we were going to purchase. We left the store happy because we had bought an IPhone SE 2020 and AirPods Gen 2. Thank you so much for everything. ☺️
