The agent connected all of my devices and organized all of the cables.

They did good work but the Sonos system is not compatible with my Samsung TV so I have a drop in the sound every ten minutes or so. Not happy to spend so much and not have it work perfectly.

The service I received today was outstanding. My computer was on the fritz so I purchased a new one and The Geek Squad transferred all the information possible to my new computer and helped me to set up my favorites and sign into some programs that I couldn't remember I had.

So the headphone my husband bought were terrible. They weren't damaged, they just didn't work well. We took them back two weeks later. We were helped by Anthony and he was AMAZING. He was actually the guy we checked out with when we bought the headphones! He was just as friendly doing the return as he was with the purchase. He even helped my husband pick out something else, so we left with a different head set and are pleased with it! THANK YOU ANTHONY!! Talk about excellent customer service.

I needed a new sound system and Ian is the man with the info. He showed me options in my price range and also possible upgrades. I couldn't decide and when I returned later the same day with my son, who used to work at Best Buy, we all worked together on the perfect combination of devices for my home. Ian is very knowledgeable, took lots of time to answer all our questions, and offered great customer service, Thanks, Ian.

Brian exceeded expectations, he gets my highest recommendation for his technical expertise and interpersonal communication skills. These were not easy problems to fix, especially the computer, he handled it quickly and professionally.

I went in the store today to purchase a laptop for Christmas for my daughter who will be leaving for college. Michael (Cool Springs, TN location) assisted me and this young man went above and beyond with customer service! He helped me pick out a case, explained the warranties, explained the ins and outs of the laptop he thought would be best for this situation, and explained the Microsoft Office products available. In a world where customer service is few and far between nowadays this young man was extraordinary!

This visit was to assist in determining how to provide Wi-Fi in both our house and detached garage. The Tech seemed very knowledgeable and determined we would need to replace an old cable interconnecting the 2 buildings. He provided me with all the information on the best cable to purchase. He also provided me with information on the best Wi-Fi Extenders and the quantity needed to cover the 2 structures.

Install went fine - we had them come out because receiver was on without sound 2 times - They were able to resolve the issue - it has been working fine since. It is actually not a "home theater" - It is a TV that we use with receiver & Speakers because my wife has a hearing loss.

I was very impressed by the skill, patience, and persistence of Jasmine at Best Buy, Norwalk, CT, who helped me through the pesky process of registering my new mini-iPhone 12 with Verizon, transferring the data from my old phone to new, and pairing my mini-12 with my new Apple Watch. She was unfailingly courteous and a pleasure to work with.
