Rolando & Joe did an awesome job setting up my home theater system . They also set up my speakers (mounting them in the corners of the wall with professional precession) They hid the wiring within the moulding perfectly!

Recently I went to Best Buy in Oxnard where I had one of the Geek Squad workers set up my computer and add Microsoft Suite to my new Macbook Air laptop. Not only did he have a friendly and calm demeanor but he also resolved my problem within a timely fashion. He truly cares about his customers and is a worker who goes above & beyond in delivering the best service to his clients. I highly recommend this store and receiving help from this worker you won’t be disappointed!!

My experience at Best Buy today was GREAT! I came into Best Buy right as they were closing, I only had about 4 minutes to get in and out. Hayden not only helped me find what I was looking for he answered all my questions. He went over options with me to see what was best for me. Then I decided on the best plan and he helped me purchase the items. I told him I couldn't do the Credit Card just yet so he got me on the Rewards Program. Thank you so much!

Christopher Lauren was professional, friendly, and worked out all of our media needs switching to Roku and integration of this platform with home theater and programming a universal remote. He took special care to listen to our needs to adapt our three tv’s and audio systems. He helped to teach us the use of new equipment. We were very pleased

The agent worked very hard to get my internet connection restored. He set up my Netgear router, and the modem that CenturyLink sent, but in the end, the problem needed to be resolved by CenturyLink.

The Geek Squad conducted an in-home TV repair on my 55" OLED. The agents were very friendly and completed the job in no time. After weeks of frustration of having a defected TV, I am more than pleased with the results. Having a protection plan was the best add on with my home theatre purchase.

I have had to use these guys a couple of times! They have always been quick with resolving any issues. I wouldn't take a chance with buying a Samsung or LG without this coverage. Products are NOT DESIGNED to last 20 years anymore!! Great Value

Sorry for delay , thought I’ had review their visit previously ; cannot say enough about the two young technicians who came out to my home. WOW!! Learned so much and they were able to re connect my work staterooms and VPN BETTER than before. Need I say more. Looking forward to taking some classes 1:1 and can only hope they’re more impressive than this team. Most excellent.

I had an appointment to have my computer tuned-up and also had a few questions about the operation of it. I was fortunate enough to have Andrew help me and he answered every question in detail making sure I understood exactly what he was saying. He was very polite and professional and he is definitely an asset to Geek Squad!

Sean and the other members of his Team wall mounted and installed my new 85" Samsung TV, Roku, Netlink Wifi and Roku speakers in a very professional and timely manner. Answered all my questions and explained the new streaming features very well.
