Daniel was excellent. Efficient, good communicator!! But this was a dishwasher install. The home theater visit was a long time ago - we bought the TV in October and had lots of issues with using Sony hardware/Google software, given our conversion to AT&T for Internet and Direct TV programming.

The Geek Squad installed my printer and set it up perfectly. The tech was courteous and so patient and explained all the features to me. I am so happy to have Geek Squad services as I am an older person and need help with technology. The Geek Squad is always there for me.

Staff members Cody, Sam and Martin in the Printers division of Medford, OR’s Best Buy provide the Gold Standard of Excellence in Customer Service. During check-out process Cody, Sam and Martin’s comprehensive knowledge of Best Buy’s many service programs and their infinite patience with answering questions was amazing and made me feel valued as a customer. The agent that resolved my home theater issue was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns and provided me with several solutions. I will definitely use Gerk Squad for future needs!

Geek Squad has always been wonderful and had great service until lately. I cannot get the remote service connected so the tech can do the repairs with or without a code. Also, geek Squad has taken long periods of time (an hour?) when this morning Microsoft chat speeded up my slow computer in 5 minutes. Also, there has been confusion as to whether home visits are to be charged with Totaltech membership or not. One tech told me no and the home tech Morgen told me yes it does have repairs. Maybe this review will stir a little action.

Brent glass did a great job setting up our new tv. He was punctual, courteous, professional and very helpful great job by Geek Squad in setting up and explaining how to use the new equipment.

I was in to get an iPad and apple pencil and was helped by someone named whose name started with a G (I can't remember her name but she mentioned she was a student in our conversation) and she was really nice and helpful. The next day I had to return the iPad because of a problem with it and an employee named Jack was able to get me a new fixed one and he was also extremely kind and helpful.

The agents connected my headsets to the tv and then hung my tv on the wall and rehung the 3 external speakers on the wall on both sides of the tv and below the tv. They were excellent and very professional.

The agents cheecked all cable connections and settings on our Denon receiver and the Dish TV receiver. They found that a selection had been made on the Denon remote that kept the Dish signal getting to the TV

I shoped for electronics and laptops several times at Best buy Acadie branch, and was 100% satisfied with the service. Highly recommend you to look for WALID as soon as you reach the computing devices and electronics section and you'll never be disappointed. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. Thank you very much Walid for alwaya going above and beyond .y expectations. Highly recommend.

Was very pleased with geek squad however the young man who showed me the tvs was somewhat rude he answered a few questions and said he had to help another customer I purchased an lg tv and he said he knew very little about that tv and rushed off to help another customer

Toby figured out my MP3 player. I had thought it was a lemon, but had it charged and loaded an audiobook, but couldn't find it, couldn't play it. It wasn't hard to check in for an agent and get help with the Geek Squad, even though my purchase was nearly a year old. They helped me. Thank you Best Buy for having the Geek Squad!

Jacob was very patient and provided a good explanation of issues, fairly straightforward troubleshooting, but he provide assurance that I was finally back in action for my Yamaha & he double-checked, adjusted skate/track/balance weight on turntable.

Joseph was here right on time. He went right to work . Got the job done, installing and checking the panels, making sure they were charging.He thanked me for the business and ask if I needed anything else. Very business like. Great employee.

Hard work deserves to be recognized. Shoutout to the young Lady named Alma at the Bowie, MD store. Exceptional customer service on Black Friday! The store was fairly busy, but she managed to check on my curbside order and see to it that it was delivered to my car after a short delay.
