I was reminded today why I choose Best Buy for most of my electronics! I went to Walmart and couldnt get help and then drove to Best Buy and was greeted by Jon the store manager within in seconds. He help me look and choose the perfect laptop. He then got me in contact with Alyssa who had great customer service! I will for sure be going back there! Thank you Alyssa and Jon for all your help today!

I had an issue with my MacBook Pro which wouldn’t turn on and would instead play three slow beeps. I’d tried a method to fix this that I found on YouTube & when it didn’t work I took it to GeekSquad. They inspected it and quickly just found that the ram discs that I popped out and popped back in were not securely placed. I appreciated the speedy, knowledgeable assistance.

I am not someone that knows about electronics or technical things, and I am so happy that the Geek Squad does. Thank you so much for such a friendly and professional experience.

Jessica was able to connect all my devices despite their veried nature, i.e., tvs, blinds hubs, echo and echo shows, sprinkler system controller, smart switches and so on.

My agent whose last name is White (I think the first name is Anita) not sure. I had a survey to complete from my chat and somehow i deleted it and want my agent to get a 100% rating. She was great. Explained everything so clearly. I have been a Best Buy and Geek Squad customer for many years. Always 100% satisfaction.

I was working with Nick at the Brighton location looking for a Chromebook and I was stuck between two of them. He explained the differences between them. Even though he said he wasn't usually in that department he was super knowledgeable about it. He answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right one! Best customer service I've had at that location!

The associate, Tony spent a lot of time explaining the various types of TV's and how they worked. My wife and I feel that we bought the best TV for our needs. Kudos to Tony for spending the time with us that we needed. He was great!

Both agents were highly professional, skilled, and very friendly. Clearly marked location of tv prior to mounting and checked to ensure I was happy with the location. Tv mount came out great, service was quick and efficient. Great job to JP and Sevlanj

The agent was very knowledgeble about the way my TV & DVD/VCR Recorder were hooked up and located the problem I was having with recording at the time.

Magnolia home designer came to our home to advise on which tv and receiver would work best in our great room with the lighting we have. VERY knowledgeable and made recommendation's based on our budget. Them made the purchases in our home and he set up all the deliveries. Outstanding.

The agent gave me advice and suggestions for streaming as alternatives to cable boxes. He listened to my needs and spent a lot of time with me looking at the best options.

Geek squad tech came out and did a great job in checking out the whole theater system and reprogrammed my Logitech remote. System is working like new again. Thank you Geek squad

Robby at the Grove City Stringtown Rd Best Buy assisted us when we bought our washer dryer combo. He made sure we were all set for an easy installation and the support system to accommodate any future needs. The service he gave us ensured we will consider Best Buy first when making future purchases of appliances and electronics.

Robert was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I were shopping for smart home components which we knew very little about. Not only was he super knowledgeable but he was very patient and showed us every option without ever “pressuring” us to buy. I 100% will be returning for all of my electronic needs. My computer Sales Specialist was Christopher Agee. He provided an Ah-maaazzzingg experience!!! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the inventory and what would be useful for my business. I purchased a Epson 400 scanner.
