JORGE ORTIZ WAS THE AGENT WHO FIXED MY COMPUTER. ONE OF MY PROBLEMS WAS LOW OUTAGE. HE TOLD ME HOW TO FIX IT. I WENT IN TO MY PROVIDER AND INCREASED MY MEGABYTES AT NO COST.

I thought i already sent a review no peoblem Amanda is worth the extra time. I find her joyful kind and compassionate. She wxplains everything to me without making me feel less then ahes a doll.

Wonderful job….arrived on time, installed t v very quickly exactly as I instructed. Went over all the apps and remote so I could know how to operate,this system correctly.

The Agent was knowledgeable and resolved my internet connection to my PC in minutes. Extremely grateful as it had been 2 mos. without the ability of 5G thru put.

The agents determined why the tv kept turning itself on. They got into settings on the tv system and made it a dumb tv to keep it from turning itself on. It now works the way I want it to work. I am quite satisfied with them determining the problem and knowing what to do.

I had the most wonderful experience this week with a Geek squad employee. She was so caring and patient with me and my son, and helped us until the very end. its now often we get this kind of customer service, so it is so appreciated when we do , and she went above and beyond!!!!

I was having trouble with my desktop monitor and got it replaced with store credit to get a new one as well as a couple of other accessories which were taken care of by a very nice employee as well as many others who were scrambling around with the amount of customers around the store. overall a very nice and easy process

My customer service experience today was great. The Best Buy attendant took her time explained everything to us and really cared about her job . Alex & Ryan were a huge help when it came to picking out the correct MacBook for my me & my Wife. They assisted us quickly & were able to answer all of our questions. We will be asking them next time we need to come back in.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all items except my Harmony remote. They were excellent and explained everything about the tv to me.

The agents inspected my current Xfinity/TV situation and replaced 3 out of 4 boxes with Rokus and a new Modem that I now own. I'm very happy with what they did.

Excellent installation ----Mario and his partner took a lot of time placing my new TV which had to be extended on the wall. I deeply appreciated their help and patience in getting me started with instructions of using my new TV.

The young man who helped me set up my new television was most helpful. He seemed genuinely concerned about my needs and willingly answered all of my questions.

Jeremy at the Dale Mabry (FL) store, was an absolute gem with helping me purchase my new laptop. Was patient, answered all questions and provided great suggestions. He was friendly and very professional.

A boy named “Julian” helped me a lot by answering my questions with no hesitation about laptops, computers, and everything else. And he showed me why my laptop wasn’t the best one for streaming (I stream on twitch using a elgato) so he gave me a better laptop that’s perfect for the elgato. It was expensive but oh well.

The "geek" found a bent tang in one of the USB port connector wires within minutes. He straightened it, and had my system up and running in minutes. Great job guys

The Geek Squad is the only game in town. Prompt and professional. Gave me great info on the placement of internet equipment and recommendation for upgrades.
