I went into the Otay Ranch store to look appliances. Lenard R. was patient and offered ideas. I ended up making a large purchase. I went back to the store a week later and found Lenard R., who sat down with my wife and I to get us a new matching microwave with trim. He was excellent!

The squad stepped up at the store ,went to Norwalk to pick up Tv , arrived and mounted tv all done expertly in 4 hours from when I left store.

The service agent was excellent. He was courteous, informative, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Having mixed emotions on the effectiveness of the squad, I’m disappointed with the last service scheduled, where I was on standby most of the day, and there was a no show; no call notice that the appointment was cancelled and further m, I learned that the technician notified the agency that he spoke with me and I requested someone else. Total Shock!! Questionable integrity. But when the crew is there, they do perform. I cancelled the service and have moved on.
