    Manager from geek squad CULVER CITY Best Buy, she is amazing! This is the best guest service EVER! I had been calling 987654321x times with Best Buy, Apple support, Unitek, ubreakifix, or even AT&T. Finally this location welcomed me with open arms.

    Shopped for a non smart TV. Went to Best Buy in Alexandria,LA. Jay and Dailyn helped us in picking out a 43” Insignia brand tv. We love it! They were both very helpful and accommodating. Also knowledgeable. Thanks to you two guys!

    I saw this guy names Bilal today and he told me he was new but he was great!!! He got me what I needed explained to me what is TTS and got me too convinced of it thag I might have to come back he’s a great sales man!!

    The agents did a great job however the tv started having problems 2 months from the time i purchased it spoke to the mgr at the store about he told me i would have to go through the manufacturer nothing best buy could do so what's the point of joining tech support or geek squad i canceled my account and washing my hands of best buy. Im sure nothing will be done about it
