The Geeks did a good job installing the tv and speakers but the job is not completed. Missing some wire to finish the connection.

Rep. arrived on time (even got the okay to arrive early). When he checked my thermostat hook-up (he helped me see where exactly to remove to see for myself) he saw that it didn't have the 4-wire. He didn't think any smart thermostats would work, but did offer to investigate and get back to me. However, he didn't...I investigated on my own, ended u p purchasing one I THOUGHT might work...install tech redirected me to one that would work for sure and helped me setup a new install date and install the correct one. So this review would have been higher if Site Survey rep had followed through and found out which one I needed and got me setup to buy that one and schedule my install with that smart thermostat to begin with.

The Agent was Fantastic, He arrived on time, and He even wore Shoe covers when He came inside my home. He gave me a Few options and Product choices that Were custom to my Home security Needs.

Geek Squad agent came. to our home and recommended some small changes and we are having him mount our flatscreen (65 in) to the center of our wall. Very experienced and knowledgeable agent.

Best Buy Geek Squad mounted my TV and I have no complaints. The pro was professional and courteous and did an amazing job!

3 guys showed up as scheduled and all 3 seemed very knowledgeable but I was just really confused on the installation process..

The Geek Squad came and were both cordial and VERY helpful. They were also courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. As fate would have it, the problem I had been having with my 65" TV for almost two months did not repeat itself when the Geek Squad turned on the TV. I was embarrassed that they had come so far and then the TV worked. After four weeks of no TV screen and sound...I was very upset, which turned to embarrassment when the technician turned on the TV and it worked!! Just like nothing had happened for four weeks! Unbelievable!! Once I turned it off, the screen and sound never came back on. Anyhow, the problem has returned, and I do not have a screen picture or sound now. It was a fluke having the TV operate on the day the Geek Squad arrived. I wish I could get them back to tell me what's wrong my 7-year old TV, and why it won't work. The manufacture could not explain why I was having the problems with the TV. Unfortunately, I do not have the funds to purchase a new TV right now. Nonetheless, the Geed Squad were super when they arrived. We had great conversation and they provided and shared helpful hints. I was impressed with them..and also embarrassed. They understood.

Sebastian did a good job assessing my needs and recommending equipment to meet them.

The agent installed my indoor antennas and reprogrammed my channel choices in a timely manner and checked that all were satisfactory before he left.

The Geeks set up a couple of security cameras and a mesh Wi-Fi system - the cameras were relatively easy but the mesh system was a little more difficult. I guess I could have eventually set up both but the Geeks did it quickly, professionally and it was worth the fee. My only complaint - an initial 14 hour arrival window that was eventually narrowed down to two hours.

Cory did a fantastic job of helping me figure out MANY long standing issues and quickly fix little glitches. He gave me advice on the technical aspects of how the different speakers function with the APP and what to purchase to enhance my Sonos Playbar. I am also trying to transition from records and CD's and old stereo equipment. He helped me coordinate Spotify with my phone so I can play music without going through the APP on My Frame TV. I'm very grateful that you provide this service. I feel confident purchasing what I actually need to have a successful outcome.

Though it seemed to lag on in getting this order wrapped up, I know that those helping me had my concerns in their best interest. I do not have the security system hooked up yet, so unaware of the product and its capability, but I trust that the team is very knowledgeable and confident within their profession... Even if there are problems, I trust they will do their best to accommodate me within their means.

The Geek Squad is a terrific operation. They have very professional people that work and know their product lines. Especially my double agent ray G he is terrific. He always has answers and solutions for For anything that I might encounter they always have all the solutions. I recommend this service highly to everyone.anything that I might have a problem with. I look forward to his next visit.
