The agent connected all wires to the desktop computer and the peripheral equipment after it was disconnected. Did a great job and was a pleasant person.

The gentleman who came to service my surround sound did a most AMAZING JOB!!!! Not only was he nice, polite, courteous he answered ALL of my questions. I’ve had this system for almost a year and couldn’t seem to get the sub wolfer to connect to the sound bar and after several attempts and I’d actually given up hope of listening to the JBL 3.1 system, he contacted it correctly and I’ve been enjoying great movies and sports, thanks again to the GEEK SQUAD.

Jesse and Charles installed my new TV,, TV mount, dvd player, Bose speakers, stands for speakers, sub woofer and connected all of my other electronic stuff back. They did an absolutely a FANTASTIC job. I would Highly recommend this installation team. TOP notch, respectful, courteous, professional. I would have given them a 6 if I could. We couldn't be happier with this service we received from Jesse and Charles. There had to be too many appointments due to the "Geek Squard" team who came to my home being inept. I have, alas, yet to appreciate what the Sony, Soundbar, Subwoofer and Rear Speakers that I purchased with my new 77' Bravia OLED TV

The agents mounted my tv and programmed Roku and my Harmon remote.

They connected 3 tvs to am outdoorcantenna. The picture is even better than it was on Direct tv.

Best service out of any company. Alex and his partner came to my mom’s house. she idn’t know it was for helping with tv selections for built in units. She thought it was for refrigerator. She realized once they left. Alex and his partner were so kind with my 84 yo mom. They returned and Explained everything and helped sort out everything. Always always a great experience from products to service ( geek squad and repair). Highly highly recommend. I now know which units will work in family room and bedroom.

The Geek Squad agent resolved my home theather diagnosed my home theater issue very quickly and showed me how to resolve myself in the event it happens again in the future. He was on time, courteous and most helpful in his review of what was done to pair the soundbar to the tv.

Our service guy was great, wish I remembered his name. We had a problem hooking up our Bose 700 Soundbar. He came right in and diagnosed the problem and got it going. Happy
