    Too bad the computer did not keep talkin o the printer for less than one week. Too 3 ore site visits to finally get computer to talk to the printer @ $99.00 each time = $297.00.

    Wanted a wall mount moved across room to a half wall. The young men at the start tried to found ways not to move it so went outside to call and the supervisor said no for insurance reasons! First not his wall so that wasn’t a good reason! Should have had the guys move it if I wanted them to after they explained to me their reasons that i would be responsible! A wasted wasted wasted time spent waiting the week, doing the visit, and then finding a way to solve my problems.
