He advised me, recommended the appropriate products, stood by while I completed the purchase and stayed with the installation until it was completed and I was 100% satisfied. You’re lucky to have such a great person working for your company and he deserves a raise.

Not enough help!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited a good part of the day to get a call, and I had absolutely no idea when they would come. A window of time or some other way of knowing an estimated arrival would have been helpful. I was told I would get a call the evening before but I didn't. Renee was very nice and answered the questions I had time to ask her. The person riding with her stayed in the car and kept texting her to see when she would be finished (she was here for 18 minutes and the apt was for an hour), but never came in to help or see what we were doing. Because he kept nagging her I was not able to get all of my questions and concerns addressed; apparently he had something more important to do and told her via text they had to leave. Also, she said she was going to have someone follow up with me about more speakers for my den television and setting up a better sound system for me. No one has EVER contacted me about anything. While Renee was here she was great but I felt like my time was cut short and there was no follow up. I would like someone to finish helping me with my questions and to also help me set up a speaker/sound system for my den. If I don't hear from you in the next 30 days I will go somewhere else.

Geek Squad install of new Sonos system

Squad encountered unexpected issues with existing wifi system but were very determined to resolve issue and have our new system up and running correctly before leaving. Very courteous, professional and well experienced. We are very satisfied with their work.

Like being in a movie theatre

Visit was disappointing.

While I think he gave us good advice, he had little knowledge about adjusting our surround sound to reduce the bass. I would have thought he would have been knowledgeable enough to at least get to the sound where adjustments could be made. Now we are waiting three weeks for a different service.

Please Best Buy get Geek Squad to install cameras

I only wish that Best Buy would get Geek Squad to get licensed for putting in Surveillance Cameras instead of using 3rd party installers, who are just interested in getting paid & getting 2nd or 3rd work orders to do the job right. Thank you Bill and thank you John, Manger of the Bolingbrook, IL store. Hopefully, by the end of the year I will have money to buy that TV, Surround Sound & Wall mounting kit. If so Bill has got another job coming his way......

A great technician from the Geek Squad!

The most important thing was he checked to make sure everything was working properly, and that we understood how to use the system. The work ethic was impeccable!

Geek Squad troubleshooting sound issue with TV

Great customer service, they called ahead to let us know they were headed our way came in and dealt with the issue in a matter of minutes. Very happy and satisfied with the work they performed.

Geek squad is the best!

The team was super helpful form the first phone consolation to the first visit where Jeff came to our home to review our equipment. He was amazing and such an amazing help from the start. When he came back, set up was a breeze and he was super fun. I can’t stress how wonderful he was. Yet another amazing experience with the geek squad.

Samsung Frame not working properly.

They took the time to reset everything. Went through and got the bugs worked out. Very thorough and really nice guys. I’ll continue to make purchases from Best Buy. Have had really good experiences with the Geek Squad. Thanks, guys!
