Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.New TV had problems trying to get someone was almost impossible tried fixing on phone made worse tech came to house said he had to order part came back 5 days after we got part worked on it now we have no picture at all said he would order new part and left I called geek squad I was told I was having a run of bad luck to call when part is delivered he would try to expedite no I have a $ 1200.00 box in my living room

GeekSquad didn’t want to take the time to help
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not really happy with my GeekSquad experience I have been using them for years and this was the first time I’ve ever been told I have to go somewhere else that is going to charge me an arm and a leg to fix my computer... all because my warranty was up. I’m not going to lie I’m Super disappointed so I’m gonna have to switch GeekSquad locations that will actually take the time to help me.

Nightmare

Geek Squad makes installation appointment to bring and install and never tells you they are not coming because it is out of stock. This happened twice.

Geek squad does not back their work

After a few hours i noticed that many sites on the internet were not coming up without reloading. Tried to call him back on his number but he never answered. Took a month before we could get someone else to come back and she stayed for 5 minuets and said it worked fine the way it was.

Poor web site and customer service

Worst support system I have seen I will never buy from Best Buy I again. Poor web site. Does not work properly.

Horrible

After confirming with them TWICE that my phone wouldnt turn on they continued to say I had to make a appointment. After two weeks going to appointment they told me they actually cant do anything because my device is off. So who tf understands yall? never again coming here.

Very disappointed need help

Girl working in computer service was rude.

Her name was Leslie I believe. To top it off she couldn’t answer my Apple questions. Nor Microsoft. Horrible service. Maybe it wasn’t her department I hope it wasn’t because if it was then it’s horrible

Civil Rights Violators
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went into Lake Geneva Best Buy and they would not let me shop without a mask or face shield, I was willing to put up a loose fitting scarf but the employee said no--I support businesses that don't support the violation of our civil rights. I was ready to purchase an entire car audio system with an install. I will now shop elsewhere.

For Mens work don’t call Geek Squad

Who would mount security cameras within arms reach of the Bad-guys? Geek Squad is a Big Disappointment to me!! But the warrantee is good because they will refund your money

Geek Squad use to be Good but not anymore!!!

They would drop off like it was completed without leaving any notes. They have farmed everything out to third world countries and its even hard to find someone who speaks english that you understand. Very Disappointing

Caleb said no one wants to come service them because they are in the middle of nowhere basically. He did keep trying to sell me a system however, I’m not spending that kind of money without hearing it. Maybe this negative review will get corporate involved and get it fixed.
