We needed a professional opinion regarding if the refrigerator would fit. We knew it would fit in the space but would we be happy with the much bigger space. The professional opinion of our Geek guys was just what we needed. We adjusted our purchase and are very happy with the results.

My visit from the Geek Squad went well. My tech was able to pinpoint the issue and ordered replacement parts. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to have the parts delivered and get me back online. I haven't heard anything about delivery dates or when I might get back online yet. I was told to expect two weeks.

Enhanced my wifi and changed defective camcorder and checked if all was working ok

The customer service agent scheduled the wrong service. I did tell her I needed an appliance site survey not a theater site survey. She said there was no difference. So they showed up on time only to say the wrong service was scheduled. However, was wonderful in he actually got the correct one scheduled! I am so thankful.

We were having problems with our new Yamaha receiver switching off on its own. After trying several different things over a few visits, Johnny finally saw it happen & was able to make limit adjustments to prevent it from happening again. he suggested if we wanted more volume we would have to get new speakers with more power. Johnny was extremely helpful & patient. We're vey appreciative of his over the top efforts. We would definitely request him in the future for any technology services we might need.

Instead of a site survey I had the Geek squad personal install my Wall bracket,TV, and sound bar. Best money I ever spent? Everything works the the way it should!

The agent was very understanding and helpful. He went beyond on his service and Installed the speakers exactly where I wanted them. Great job.

Purchased these as a gift for my husband who wears hearing aids. They fit comfortably over his hears and don't interfere with the hearing aids. Sound quality is excellent. There is even a quiet noise component. Con: directions should have said to charge them for at least 5 hrs before trying to program them. The on/off buttons are very small and a little difficult to use. However, they are very good quality.

They both were very respectful and they couldn’t fix the problem. They did tell me to look on line if I saw something to call the store. I did that and after four hours getting the run around, getting disconnected I doubt I will buy my next AC at Best Buy, very disappointed in the run around I got. I’ve bought quite a lot from the store in Waterford Ct store. That’s the store I contacted.
