Agent connected m y devices to my receiver and my home theater set up in an expedient manner. They did an excellent job overall.

I am a BIG fan of the Geek Squad! I could tell the agent LOVES his work and wanted to help out in anyway. He explained things so I understood, never talked down to me, and answered all my questions. He definitely had my best interests in mind! I highly recommend.

The agent who mounted my tv was on time, patient, and thorough. He made sure that I knew how to work the tv before he left. I appreciated that.

The two Geek Squad techs were very efficient. They put on booties to cover their shoes. They put all four thermostats in very quickly. They helped me put the app on my phone and then explained how the thermostat worked and also how I can access the app on my phone to adjust the temperature while away, which I have used already. I know if I have any questions, they are just a phone call away.

When trying to get an appointment thru the phone was difficult due to the hard accent of rep. who didn't know what service category to bill me for. was frustrating in the least.

Hello. Geek squad did a great job. Everything looks great and works great. We are very happy, we definitely recommend these guys.

We have been shopping for a home security system, and booked this free site survey four weeks out. It wasn't until the technician came to our house that we were informed that Geek Squad is not licensed to install or even take an order for a monitored home security system that includes hard wired video door bells and alarms. We also booked an in-store appointment with Geek Squad, and the association could not answer questions about security systems, but assured us that the tech who would visit us for a Site Survey could answer all of our questions. The recommendation from the Site Survey was to contact SimpliSafe direct, or ADT. The bottom line is that Best Buy and Geek Squad don't install "integrated" security systems, just gadgets like video cameras that don't sound alarms and don't notify a response center. I am disappointed that Best Buy associates are not trained to understand security systems and what techs are actually licensed to install.

Andy is amazing--so helpful and dedicated to finding the right solutions. He thoroughly reviewed our security needs and options. Then, on the spot, he gave us a quote and shared how to order and then set up installation. Such a productive session. He's also polite and genial. Thank you.

The geek squad arrived and set up my t.v. and DVD in a timely manner. All seems to be working well.

The system was set up, and works great, except for one thing. 2 additional speakers still need to o be connected. I have all the hardware to install, but find it way too time consuming to set up a service.

Great. Very quick resolution. Friendly and helpful.

The agent found one of the problems with our security system and fixed it. He was unable to get the audio to work. He said we need to return it to the store since it has a warranty. Only trouble is that if we take the system down to return it they can not have a replacement for a few weeks. To long to be without our security. Have to go to the store and see if they can order it and have it when we return ours. Should be able to call an agent in our local store but that is not possible.

The geek squad was very nice answered all of my questions and overall they met my expectations. They also mounted all TVs correctly.

They mounted my tv and set it up. Did site survey and came back again to complete. All is good.

The Geek Squad technician came to my house to assess what needed to be done. He listened to my comments, helped me choose products, and helped me decide how to proceed. He understood what was needed and gave excellent suggestions and advice. He subsequently returned to install everything, and the end results are great: I have Roku, Chromecast, and a new soundbar all added to my TV--which was wall-mounted and also needed a way to get additional HDMI ports. Super happy with the results.

Great sound, small space, easy connection, a little difficult to install. Had to have geek squad install

they came i. And were very polite and professional. They went out of there way to make us comfortable and safe. No complaints at all.

Justin was fantastic, but he stated Geek Squad would not allow the installation due to the 14 ft height. I had to start all over sourcing an installation team that woul complete the job.
