The only disappointment with Best Buy is after talking to a couple different sales people it wasn’t until the second or third visit by the geek squad to ask me if I’d be interested in the year long package of support. We are remodeling our entire home and will have the geek squad out at least twice more. The Geek Squad crew installed our new non-ambient projector screen and Sony laser projector along with a new subwoofer and receiver with Apple TV and Universal Remote. They were very knowledgable and professional and did a great job. Communication was excellent.

Had an initial consultation about installing TV on the wall and then they came out the next week and installed TV on the wall. We decided it did not need the sound bar, which I returned. The Geek Squad was great about activating my aps and showing me how to use the features on the TV. Very polite and thorough.

A tech came out to do an on site evaluation, but he needed to pass it up the line for consultation to determine what product I could use... That was fine... It's been over a week and since this is a new build time is of the essence. difficult situation with the pandemic. really liked the people I have talked with... just don't know if we have time to wait for their options to be determined.

The Geek Squad remotely ran the computer clean up software on two of our Windows computers. The process, which took about 90 minutes, helped increase the efficiency and speed of both computers and had no observed negitive impact on the apps and running of the two computers.

Great-the ruku stick. has a heat check at 123 degress- full time - is that natural on this item- let me know - . if it is . why do I get FREEVEE on one of those TV's (LG) that I bought from ya'll,but can't get( Freevee Channel)on the big TV (NISENSE )???

My TV was installed Feb 10th and thought everything was OK but it cuts out to total black screen for just a few seconds and then back on. I called the delivery guy Feb 11th (Brent)and left him a message but he hasnt gotten back to me. I want some help with this as there is a limited time I have to return the TV or get another one if there is truely something wrong with this one.

Nicholas was very helpful! He assisited in dertermining what I needed as well as other options. People can be quite lazy these days and or lack critical thinking skills, so I was very thankful that I did't have to become an expert myself in order to execute my instalation.

.the geeks were great, once I secured an appointment. However, getting an appointment is like dealiing with the IRS. Tried e-mail, tel call and the chat option. Could not talk to anyone, after spending 30 to 45 minutes of my life on suspended animation, at least on 4 to 5 occasions. 'Complained about this before, left no to call back, but like the government ........a voice in the wilderness. Had to go to the store, and convinced someone I needed help, since I paid for it, but could not even access the services.

The installers were professional and answered all our questions regarding installation of a TV and mount. We plan to use them once we pick out the hardware!
