$ of my tvs were not coming on. the Geek Squad was able to get everything up and running. They took away old electronic equipment to be recycled. The geek Squad installed a keyless entry for me. Now I can use a code or a key to enter my home. I was pleased with the results of their work. They were professional, friendly and offered suggestions of how to cut my cable bill.

They did great - until a security system was deleted and now is not available. They did leave with the system rebooting every two minutes, should have tried to resolve the problem or worked out a solution.

Geek squad set up my surround sound and blueray player and set up my tv remote all in one visit. Extremely professional and fast set up.

I was very happy from the time I called Ben in Spanish Fork Al. The squad that came out were polite, positive and impressive. They were able to hookup my Bose speaker system , so I didn't have to add another purchase to my Awesome new Sony 55" 800, wall mounted, no wires showing. Did not have to even go miles to a BEST BUY, everything was via phone call. They were safe, responsible, clean work. SO HAPPY!
