Geek Squad was professional, arrived on time, brought the TV to the location, understood my requirements and mounted the TV precisely as I wanted. Once installed, they went through the settings and updated the firmware. The new TV looks great and works as expected.

I was quite impressed with the professionalism and skill displayed by the geek squad. I have an old house with lath and plaster walls and was concerned about their ability to find the studs behind all the lath. I had no reason to be concerned. I would highly recommend the geek squad if you need a TV mounted. They took the time to make me comfortable with the process along the way as well as the finished install.

Comcast came out to locate a problem with the Internet when they left they installed a modem but disconnected my network to the outside pool geek squad technician came in. I told him what they did and he was able to figure it out in no time he made it so I’m just moved to the modem. I have my system up and running quickly.

The agent was very helpful. He was able to get everything working very well.

The two Geek Squad techs were prompt, friendly and efficient. They systematically checked everything, keeping me advised and helping me understand what they were doing and what changes they made. They were both great.

There were two guys, they were so nice, patient and knowledgeable. They solved some problems I was having. I use to be tech savvy but the older I get the harder is. The Geek Squad was highly recommended to me and suggested I bring a couple of my portable devices in for servicing. I signed up for their annual service before they left. A couple of days ago I received a call from a friend and she was complaining about a couple of tech problems. I told her to call the Geek Squad!

Best Buy's Geek Squad is great especially when coupled with the Totaltech membership. The Geek Squad set up my Ring devices and Alexa devices with ease and explained everything I needed to know on how to use them. Saved me so much time rather than me trying to learn all the new technology on my own. Great Squad!!!

The Home Site Survey done by Mike was thorough, detailed, but clear so that I could understand the work and results. He also gave me advice on the 4K set and size for our home that we really appreciate, and that I had not considered before. We are very happy with the results.

The Geek Squad is amazing! Agent Kyle Oniell came to my home and was a genius with my new TV and my older surround sound system. Everything is now synchronized and works together perfectly. Kyle explained everything with patience so I could understand. Kyle was very perfessional and represented Best Buy very well. Thank you for everything.

Geek squad solved printer issue and added new router and booster

This visit was just a free survey visit to determine what would be involved in moving my surround sound installation upstairs from our basement to the living room. Geek Squad people were very cordial and concerned about safety by wearing their masks throughout the visit. They were very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted versus what they normally do. Looking forward to getting our equipment to where we spend our time all the time rather than now and then

I was told that I was going to get a person from the Geek Square but, they sent out a tech from MasTec. There was a misunderstanding one the work order. However I reached to the Geek Squad to let them no I was not getting what I paid for. The tech had to contact his company to complete the job. He did not hook up any of the devices that I paid for. I made another call to the Geek Squad.

The agent set up my TV and the sound bar. He was very nice and cleaned up after himself He tried to show me how things worked, but the internet was not working. Once I got it working, I made another appointment and he came back and showed me how things worked. I appreciated this very much as I am not tech savvey.

The reps did a clean and smart installation and exceeded my expectations.

Earnest come to the house to do a site survey to see if the 75" Samsung TV we were ordering would be able to fit on our wall and also to see if the wires would be able to be snaked behind the wall. He carefully measured and used tools to determine if it could work. He also checked with his manager. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He drew us a diagram which we used to show the installers on the date of delivery. We were very pleased with the on site visit and it's outcome on the delivery date.

James was great came in and took time to figure out where all of the exhisting wires went and how things were working. Looked at both in door and possible outdoor set up. Appreciate that he suggested to bring in someone else to look at the backyard set up as they had better knowledge of backyard set ups.
