Matt never rushed me at all and making me feel like I knew I was getting the best of service and quality and I am thankful and appreciative for him.

Great, honest agents!

Turned out, someone had messed with some knobs, and the system is fine.

Problem solved

Immediately took care of our problem. They were very knowledgeable and kind to answer all of our questions. We are senior citizens and we were treated with kindness and respect. We are going to use their services for all out tech problems. a+ rating. Thank you Geek Squad.

Total Tech Support Disappointing

However, the switch to "Total Tech Support" vs. previous plan was a disappointment in that I called to request dishwasher repair service & was told the product was too old and there was no one in the service area available with this expertise.

Site survey is only that associates opinion
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We decided to cut the cord as it was just getting too expensive. But we didn't know what we needed and if we had the wiring in place to be able to get connected. So at the store the associate suggested that we get a site survey so that we would have everything that we needed to start streaming and getting the OTA channels. The Geek Squad member came to the house and surveyed all our TV set-ups and told us what to get for what we wanted to be able to watch. Unfortunately what he told us to get didn't turn out to be what we discovered would be the best equipment for us. So we ordered some different equipment and the Geek Squad installer agreed that the equipment we ordered would be the best for our situation. So would I recommend having a site survey -yes - but also do your own research and ask a lot of questions before you buy the equipment - make sure that you return any unneeded equipment within their 15 day policy or they won't take it back.

Geek Squad 3rd Party Drops the ball on install

Customer service rep was rude. Geek squad worked hard to resolve but the whole process was unnecessary with multiple systems not in sync with messaging and constant rescheduling without even speaking with me to see if the time they rescheduled was even doable by me. This was Not the service we are used to with Best Buy. BY did give us a credit but it was very stressful trying to get our dryer installed. They complained that I didn’t answer the phone when they called but I had my voicemail set to send calls to voice mail if they were not known contacts. Not once did they leave a voice mail. They just decided if I did not answer the phone, they would do what was easiest for them. People don’t talk anymore and not leaving a voice mail is just lazy,
