Replaced the defective TV which was bought at Best Buy with a similar TV

super pro's . I learned soooooooo much from these guys. Hooked all things up and explained it all to me.

TV, complementing sound bar, plus Blue Ray DVD were professionally installed. Components, instructions, and courtesy of tech were great.

Site analysis via phone of assemblage of old (analogue) and new (digital, by Mike Beard of Auburn CA. He made an excellent analysis of my need and made arrangements for equipment and tech support for installation.

The team of Benjamin and Sean were prompt and professional and they did an outstanding job installing our new Samsung 65” TV!!

The Agent (Kenny) not only went to the trouble of climbing into my attic to make sure my antenna would work up there, he made sure there was a power outlet to power it. He patiently listened to all of my questions, and answered in term and language I could understand. He made absolutely sure I knew EXACTLY what else I needed for my project, where to buy it and even approximately what it should cost before he left my residence! Kudos, Kenny!

I had various problems with my new computer, which were causing me anxiety, especially because I had been working on a book for about 15 years and the files were locked. Agent Shelley Ray came to my house and quickly solved the problems. She is a very knowledgable, professional, likable person who easily interacts eloquently with her clients. Shelley is unquestionably a valuable asset to your organization and to me.

Tyler and Bronson did an excellent job installing everything they could even though TDS failed to come when scheduled. Could not fully test the 3 TVs and smart speakers, but then Tyler immediately set up a follow-on day to complete the install. Very excited to get movies and music in our new home!

Overall everything was good. There were missing items that were on the proposal and already paid prior to install. We paid for different product not on the proposal. They now have to come back to complete the install with missing items & correct the billing to reflect our proposal agreement.

Johnny called a day a head of the site survey he described what he does. His suggestions was a return back to Best Buy and what they could do for me - I was given a 888 number to call - Customer Service was "wonderful" from there thanks to Johnny everything was smooth! Thank you for for the call and I appreciate Johnny!

Agent Riley fixed many issues with new TV and Roku and showed me things with subwoofer no one else ever had. Don’t know what is causing this. However, little notice on tv is back saying we are not connected to internet. Have not reported this. Tv and Roku working anyway. May in time repeat loss of tv operation again.

The agent completed installation of receiver and connected all the speakers quickly and explained the way to work the controls.

Geeks did a great job but had to come back because the bedroom TV would only come on a station I don't watch but the clicker there did turn on the Great Room TV. They got that all squared away and told me what xfinity product to get so they could hide the device behind the TV. They got that all done and now everything works as it should.

Quickly installed my indoor Sonos. Works like a charm!

Guys were great. Very attentive to what I needed and answered all my questions. Built me an object list of what I need for home theatre. My only concern with items on the list is some items weren't available, and two speakers on the list were discontinued. That wasn't going to work for me.

The entire process from site techs to sales, to the installation was spot on.
