Agent Bernie Klein delivered our new all-in-one HP 32" display computer system from our local Best Buy. Agent Klein did a site survey and helped us to determine the best placement of our computer systems. He also advised us on what was needed to be done to enhance our in-home Wi-Fi and the placement of a large, smart TV system. Agent Klein also did a complete new computer setup and checked it for full functionality.

Crew informed me of my options, did a fast, neat and clean install, including merging my remote controls. Would use again.

Geek Squad continues to impress us in every way. Visit was so helpful in determining how to save money by replacing expensive cable TV with Smart TV. This is the third Geek Squad visit we've had in 8 months having just moved to Texas. They have helped us through every step of the move with not only installation help, but how to save money on internet and cable TV options. Cannot speak highly enough of Geek Squad.

The two men that installed our TV were absolutely great, not only were they very competent but they were really nice as well.

I had been called by a rep from Geek Squad who gave me the status of my repair. Once I got to the store they gave me a different scenario. They gladly looked into it further and then were then able to come up with the same solution as the representative I spoke to on the phone. They resolved my issue without any negativity.

The agent came out and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed an initial consultation on how to mount a TV to an already built-in bookshelf/wood paneled fireplace surround. He got me on the right track and informed me of some of the connections and tools I would need, professionals I would want to call (aside from him) and regulations that needed to be followed since it was a substantial project.

The Geek Squad is GREAT! I've had a few problems, by have but have been able to resolve them with the Squads expert help! The new IMac has been a challenge, but I am learning bit by bit! Thanks to your help.

Install smart switch, Hue lights, Ring Montion Cameras, Flood spot light camera. Brian Lindy is a rock star. He should be the standard for all customer service. I can't say the same for your third party installer who did my floodlight/camera.
