Josh is knowledgeable and courteous! Excellent use of time to solve the problem at hand.He always wears footies and mask in accordance with health standards! During these times of staying safe, having Josh in my home is certainly a BIG BLESSING! IN STORE: Nick and Dakota were fantastic in helping upgrade computer and bringing everything up to date! Work was completed in a timely manner and I am so very thankful to have a service contract with Best Buy!

Akex and assistant brought order to, and hooked up a variety of accessories to my tv, such as speakers, DVD player. They were professional, timely, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Geek Squad NEVER disappoints and this was no exception. I'm a firm believer in "let the pros do what they do best". They always come quickly, come when they say they will, text you/call when they are on the way. Geek Squad always respects my time and deserves the respect I so happily give to them!! Using the Geek Squad to help with my home theater has been an excellent option. The service tech I have worked with - Daniel - had been extremely helpful!! They are one of the only options in the area where I live.

The California store sent them out for the wrong reason. It took 3 weeks, but it was a 5 minute fix. The guys were great, but the California store was terrible and screwed it all up. Please use the Waldorf store for your geek squad needs. They will get it done.

I met on March 6 with Cody Bromley. In the aftermath of abuse I received at the Best Buy store in Chico, Cody was like a Christmas. He was prompt, he listened well, and he went that extra mile even to trying to help my ancient butt up and down stairs. Cody is one of your best PR tools, and should be featured in a Best Buy employee newsletter for the edification of other employees. This is a true gem on your staff.

i use this service on almost every purchase i make where there may be questions about the fit. i have used them for stereo equipment, a refrigerator for a very tight space, and televisions that might have a problem fit. these guys are all very good at their job and keep you from making mistakes. you will be happy you used them.

I am very happy with the Geek Squad service that I received.Michael(the installer) was very thorough when he setup my new router.He checked all of my computers and TVs to make sure that they were working properly before leaving.He was also very knowledgeable and as a added bonus he enabled my iPad to print which I have never been able to do.I was so happy that I was almost giddy about that.I whole heartedly recommend the Geek Squad.I would give more that 5 ⭐️ rating if I could!

The gentlemen came out to our church and fixed our problem quickly. While there, I asked if they could show me how to do something on my computer and also our sound bar. They were very helpful and showed me exactly what I needed to do. They were professional, kind, patient, and did not make me feel like I was stupid. I felt very comfortable and grateful. The Geek Squad guys were great!! Renen answered all my questions & help me make the best moves for my 65" Sony TV that will be delivered & installed on August 3 2021 with a better TV mount or me than the Best Buy store person suggested after seeing where the TV was going. My only hope is that everything goes as smooth on August 3 2021 and maybe Renen is the tech from Geek Squad to put it all together.

While the agents did a good job of getting the two tivo tvs to work with the Best Buy remote, the most valuable information we got was that our modem for the vivo was well out of date and that was one of the cause of several of the problems we were having. The problem that we had when the squad left was remembering the sequences to change from vivo to live tv and other situations. I switched after 47 years with CableOne to T-Mobile and am very happy now.

Purchased a new Logitech controller and geek squad tech set up everything and so far all works well

Got there late but they did call me to tell me that they were running behind so no harm done. Arrived with masks and gloves which was nice so no issue there. They tried diagnosing the problem and although they were unable to figure out what the problem was they did everything they could to try to help and were very polite and courteous.

The technicians arrived when they said they would. They were friendly and patiently answered all my questions. They explained exactly what they were going to do and even offered suggestions.
