The agents were very knowledgeable and corrected what I needed corrected

When calling on the phone (800/888 can't remember which one I called) number its always great but when I get support from the store itself I leave frustrated and upset that I spent money on them. Definitely not the same type of help or guidance or customer service. Onsite support is ALWAYS great and well worth the cost.

This survey was to evaluate the reconnection of our sound system components following a home renovation. It was determined that we needed to replace a 20-year old Receiver. We were told that Thomas, a Geek Squad person needed to come to our house to help us determine best replacement Receiver for our needs. However, the initial Geek Squad Technicians, Mr. Corbet and partner, dropped the ball, did not return calls to schedule Thomas. No folliw-up. We will now need to go to store to talk with Supervisor to finish the job.

My new TV had issues connecting to the internet when it was installed. A Geek squad rep came out to see why. By then, the TV had sorted itself out and was connecting. The rep showed me a number of features of the TV and helped me set things up to access Apple TV. He was freindly and professional and very helpful.

The agents assessed the 2 wall mounts we have in our newly purchased home to see if they were compatible with our current TVs. They had time to mount the TVs on the wall and make sure the TV remotes worked properly with our tv cable products. They were very knowledgable about tv's, tv cable issues, and even identified a sound system in our home which could be connected and used when we were ready to proceed with that project. Great guys-super Geeks!
