Steve suggested that another Tech , Ron, cane yesterday and presented a tutorial on the operating system. Cleared up questions . Very thankful. He took the payment via My AMEX card. Steve also made suggestions regarding our security door lock, upgrade to keyless. Also our TV regarding the improvements of sound quality via a Sound Bar.

Recently we had a site survey by a Geek Squad Agent prior to our purchase of the Arlo Pro 2 Security Cameras. The Agent was very attentive to what our needs were and where the cameras had to be mounted around our house. Specific information was provided about the solar panels we would need to power the cameras and keeping them charged. Overall, I rated this review at 5 stars given the professionalism and expertise of the Geek Squad Agent.

Michael was our installation representative. He did an excellent job with our installation. He is such a knowledgeable and personable young man. We are enjoying our product.

Two very nice and helpful gentlemen came out to survey our home and determine which caring product would be best to add to our property. We were quite happy with their suggestions and are looking forward to their report and recommendations of equipment to purchase and install times. We have heard nothing back as yet, which is airplane the reason for only 3 stars.

Excellent service. They came over to assess our issues with installation/connections to cable service. Discussed who was coming to do the installation. When they came to mount the TVs we discussed placement. TVs mounted as we wanted. They helped with adding apps to the TV menu. Cleaned up any debris that was there as well as took away the boxes.

We had an exellent experience with our Geek Squad consultant. She helped us solve a surround sound issue. As well as gave us guidance regarding upcoming streaming service for multiple our tvs.

Jeff along with John Wu determined that I will not be able to move my entertainment speaker lines but they did determined that they could do some cable management by shortening the lines. We were also able to slide the component furniture down several feet. This allowed me to have a workable solution without moving the lines. The actual work will not be done until April 16th.

My in-home site visit was a useful experience with Bentley and Cary. We went over options for a UST projector and OLED and LCD flat panels. They took room measurements, judged lighting conditions, considered tv mounts, and placement for the UST projector and any stand. I look forward to seeing them again if I make a purchase or require geek squad in home services.

Purchase Roku devices and so far loving it. Able to get all types of live TV programs a well as movies.

Came to my new home and made recommendations after measuring, checking walls to find studs, etc. Told me exactly what I needed to order in what sizes so I just took that list with me to Best Buy and made my selections. Made it very easy. Extremely helpful.

I have been a "Total Tech Support" subscriber for years, BUT that didn't help me buy a "TV PACKAGE" using your recent "sales event email" - I tried twice to purchase a "TV PACKAGE" on-line, but - was rejected twice: APPARENTLY because "I ALREADY HAD Total Tech Support"

The technician Antonio was very friendly but was unable to do the job I requested because Best Buy’s automated system plugged in home theater when I actually needed an estimate to install an OUTDOOR tv antenna. Antonio called me back the next day after researching to inform me only indoor antennas were available. Your answering system is offshored and inadequate and should be upgraded!
