Your guys not only arrived on time, but had located a box for my 65 inch tv before coming. Then removed the rv from it’s wall mount and packed it for my moving crew. Great job!!

We absolutely love the guys & gals from the Redding Geek Squad. They are professional, knowledgeable & friendly. They do a great job doing installations, as if it was their own home. We love to have them install our electronic devices! Have had ecobees (2), Arlo 4camera system, Sonos, TVs, projectors, speakers, harmony remotes, Apple TV, ps4, ring doorbell & more. No complaints here, just compliments. Always on time too!

My in home survey agent forgot to inform me that my internet speed was too low to operate my ring cameras, so I had to reschedule my installation appointment to have internet company come out to upgrade internet speed. This would have made his survey visit great if I was told at the time of survey I needed to have internet speed upgraded.

The Geek squad's installation of my TV and sound bar were awesome. This service is highly recommended.

On 23 July I bought a New TV and the items to have it installed in my home. I am also a Total Tech Member. In my installation there are 2 appointments ( I know you know this). The setup appointment by Markus and Andrea was great. They had great suggestions, which I took to make the install go smoothly.

The guys were professional and also gave me enough time to return home as I had to go out for some errands. They were professional and seemed to have done a good job. However, they did leave me with my front door August not really working. They gave me a phone number to call but that did not fix the problem. My door still isn’t working properly. Also it appeared as though my smart lights were working but they didn’t reconnect them to Alexa so nothing is working properly at the moment still. I know somethings were frustrating for them, like the door, but I still cannot easily control my home. Which is what I want to be able to do easily as I was able to do before when it was set up a year ago. Everything is on their individual apps and I can’t seem to get them to do a routine so they work correctly.

I contacted the Geek Squad to inquire about would it be feasible to purchase ethernet to prevent the buffering on my television. I was told of the benefit of having ethernet. The representative appeared knowledgable of the situation I was having, and advised me of the purpose of having ethernet. I purchased the ethernet, however I am waiting to have it installed by Best Buy on Saturday 06/20/2020.

installers did an excellent job mounting the TV on the wall in the conference room - properly centered, left no debris or markings on the wall. Helpful in explaining use of the TV's wifi connection for external devices such as computer

Best crew that ever visited my home. They knew exactly what their limitations were in regards to my installation needs. I feel very confident in these guys returning to set up my new tech equipment. Plus they'll be able to keep most of my furniture setup as it already is. I can't wait for my install. They're very respectful of your property, by wearing booties and gloves.

Geek squad graciously downloaded my old computer to new one purchased including made a folder for all tax records. Set a date when computer would be done. Got a call next day that computer was completed! They went the extra mile! So pleased with customer service!

For my budget, this tv is really perfect. Love it a lot

The gentleman came in and provided excellent information to get us started with building the Wi-Fi network in our home. He also told us exactly what type of items we should purchase and noted them in our account so we could find them when we got to the store.

For 50’ the picture quality is amazing. The kind folks at Bestbuy recommended this for my application.
