Excellent pair of Geek Squad guys showed up to do some clean up on a previous job that wasn’t as well done as I’ve learned to expect and appreciate by Geek Squad.

Kody and Blake have made several recent site visits to my home. Prior to yesterday, they were here a week ago to install a new router and wifi system. Again, these two Geek Squad members are professions, polite, knowledgeable, work efficiently together and always make sure that I am comfortable and understand how the new product works.

Tom was outstanding! He knew exactly what we needed to do to purchase a wi-fi turntable and get it hooked up to our Sonos system. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Tom (from the UTC store in Sarasota).

The agent jeremy .was very professional.and he told me if my problem wasn't solved.he would be back to make sure the problem was taken care off. and he did .I was very surprised.when I called him. The two agents were outstanding on the installation of my security system! They explained everything completely, were very neat,and did everything right the first time.

Was very honest in evaluating my likely satisfaction if I bought the tv that I was considering. Suggested that I keep the old TV as long as it worked if I wasn’t willing to spent a lot more that I was planning.

Everything worked when they left, and it was done very quickly!

Jason in Columbia SC is fantastic. He has been to my home multiple times and is always prompt and keeps me updated to delays for arrival etc. He has great product knowledge and he even gave me his cell phone to call direct if needed. he is also willing to call Samsung, Logitech, LG and all other tech support outlets to achieve his goals which were ultimately my goals! I like Jason and he is the face I know as the installers seem to come and go.

Excellent knowledge of what needed to be done. Arrival times as promised.

Geek Squad came out & removed the cord showing from our wall mounted TV. They did a great job!

Mr. Robert of the Geek Squad and his staff member came by my home to see if I could have my 86 inch tv mounted on the wall. Amazed that someone could walk into my (new) home, evaluate the tech we already have, and turn around and give us a cohesive plan on how to fill in the gaps that exist - all in a VERY short time, and keeping our budget in mind. Shout out to Arturo!

These guys did an awesome job! They were professional and completed the job with no problems.

I needed a TV installed over a fireplace. Best Buy sent a team of two to first come and see where I wanted it mounted. They told me the correct wall mount that I should buy. I had them come back two weeks later to mount my TV and everything went well. They made sure everything was working and that the TV was mounted securely to the wall. They were a very professional team.

Agents came to the house and explained some things that were needed and what to do for better wifi reception. That was good. I would recommend more people doing that to have things working more efficiant.

Steve and Michael did a site survey for stereo and tv equipment. They were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and made recommendations. I also purchased a new piece of equipment with their assistance.

Geek squad helped with the installation of all my appliances and they are good.
