The technician, Jose, was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and customer service focused. He answered all of our questions and very patiently showed us how to use the system and universal remote. He was also very neat and even removed the items being replaced. I was apprehensive about using Geek Squad, but he totally change my opinion!

Very professional service. Gave me confidence to buy most of the media equipment from Best Buy and also the installation package. Ended up spending a lot of money for this media room. The professionalism of the initial survey visit and helpful suggestions made me feel comfortable to go with the Best Buy team compared to a couple of other service providers I interviewed for the job.

Everyone showed up on the predesignated time and date. Cody, the Geek Squad member who installed everything was fantastic. Very patient with this couple of 70+ couple and explained how everything worked. Neat, Clean, and squared away, it's a pleasure dealing with him. Stephanie, manager in the store, was also great and got our purchase squared away on the day we came in and paid for everything.

The agent discovered faulty connectors on our old receiver. He was very helpful in recommending the right receiver to fit our system. We bought it at Best Buy and are very happy with it.

The agents completed all tasks we asked for : disconnecting the tv and moving it to a safe place. The next day as we asked they moved the tv back and reconnected it. Job was well done.

Best Buy delivered 85 in Sony tv, sound bar and wall mounts. Advised that I needed elect plug in installed for high wall mount.

Our site survey was very informing. Zel phoned and gave us updates on his arrival time. He was very polite and after discovering our receiver would need to be replaced he explained how our receiver not working had caused all other devices to not work properly. He also took the time to email 3 receivers for us to consider. We bought one of his recommendations at Best Buy. Keep Zel around the Geek Squad, he is a good guy.
