The person that came to my home was helpful and knowledgeable.

Wired my LAN and WIFI. excellent job, was quick and efficient.

The agents came and connected the TVs. There was some difficulty, bye the reps worked well together and did get the job done. We had a splitter for additional TVs, and reception on those are not great. I expect things to improve when we leave DirecTV and move to DISH.

It's been a few years since I built my last surround system and was pleased with the recommendations from the Squad. I just don't know what's the best equipment for my money anymore. I am very happy with what was recommended. Loved watching my first few movies.

What an awesome service. The guys came out. Checked stereo and Home Theater. Found one stereo speaker was blown. Then found Home Theater amp was blown. Impressed with the service. I went to buy a home theater receiver/amp, but the shelves were almost bare and no receiver/amp. The sales clerk was very helpful. The in store stock seemed very sparse.

I had a site survey because I wanted to make sure the wall mount would be in the correct space, and had two surveys done. Both technicians were very patient and knowledgable. The actual installation was timely and the flat screens placed beautifully in both rooms. I would like to add that my initial contact with my salesman in Norwalk was extremely positive as well!

David helped me with my last purchase before heart surgery , so I was glad he was the one to visit me again. We discussed washer /Dreyer mostly . Good prices, he measured , discussed options, timing, etc. very knowledgeable and professional, I was so happy with his service I told a neighbor and she bought some appliances through him as well.

We recently moved into a new home that had speakers wired throughout the house, however we were unsure of how to connect them. The Geek Squad came out and made suggestions on how to set up the stereo system. They saved us a lot of money and trips to the store as we would have purchased the wrong equipment otherwise. They were very professional and super nice! They arrived on time too! Kudo's to Best Buy for providing this service FREE of charge!!!!

Everything was short and quick but unfortunately I didn't get my problem resolved but that's okay. They still did a good job so I'm going to leave a good review cuz I really like Best buy

Agent connected new computer and transferred data that I needed. Rep was excellent in explaining what he was doing and asking me what I needed. Worked hard to connect my printer but finally realized after much effort Apple does not support older printers. Make a herculean effort to try to make it connect.

Geek Squad was professional, gave the right advice for the right product to install. However , there was a one week delay after they rescheduled the appointment to install solar panel on the second visit.

I only buy televisions from Best Buy because they have the Geek Squad. This was the first time I had a pre-install site inspection and I recommend it to anyone wholeheartedly. The tech spent nearly 2 hours at my house to determine exactly which cables and other equipment he needed. We also discussed the best place to install the set and the proper height, etc. This service was a big help and, even better, was free.

Excellent service. They remote into my computer and fixed the problem. When I returned home from work my computer was ready for me to take care of my affairs with school. It runs faster and opens up with no complications. I can see the difference in the before and after since the repair. Thank you Geek Squad for your service.

The technician hooked up my Marantz receiver to my stereo system and my Apple home pod. It took awhile to learn how to use it effectively, but Geek Squad helped me tremendously

Had dishwasher and microwave. The Honey dew group outstanding. They were quick and knew what they doing. Would love to have this group again for future installments.

I have used Geek Squad/Bow Tie service since Best Buy first came into my area over 15 years ago. I keep using it because the people make the difference. They are friendly, they care that I have a problem and they do what they can to fix the problem. I will continue getting Geek Squad on most stereo, electronics and appliances that I purchase from Best Buy.

Geek Squad did a great job installing our SunBrite Outdoor TV. The technicians were on time and courteous. They worked in an entirely professional manner. They explained what they were doing and why things were being done the way they were. After installation, they explained operation of TV and gave pointers on how to connect with help if issues should arise.

Completed a long series of visits and systems now work.
