I haven't had my install yet, I can say the he was very helpful. He gave us advice on what type of antenna to purchase. He seemed very knowable and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. We liked him so we set up a date for him to do the installation work.

The guys were great. My husband complaint was that the woofer speaker could not be hooked up and now we have to pay again to get it hooked up. He said why didn't they reschedule so he could hook up everything at the same time. He is not happy.

Geek Squad did an outstanding job. My TV and sound bar look and sound great.

The Geek Squad Agents installed my Ring door camera. While I know others who did this on their own they did not use the Ring Wedge Kit which correctly positioned the camera and mounts firmly. The agents also easily helped me install the app on two phones. No stress and done right. A no brainer for us.

The agents surveyed our house and gathered our requirements and then recommended a viable and reasonably priced solution to enable us to "Cut the Cable" and return our leased internet equipment. We are looking forward to their return and installation!

I had a site survey to help me get the right replacement for my builtin microwave. We found one that worked with my existing trim kit! I have since recieved and installed the microwave and am extremely satisfied. It felt great to be confident in ordering the right apliance with exact standards.

They instantly knew what was needed to connect old sound system up to make it work again.

The agents, Bill and Anthony, I believe, were very helpful. They tailored their advice for my situation and use of media. Informative and pleasant. I didn't feel like I was being sold something I didn't want. A credit to the company. They respectfully followed protocols for safety in these times of Covid. I would be happy to have them return.

System works great day and night. The security system ws well set up and it is easy to use.

Have a tv theatre sound system in house. I wanted to know if the new Samsung could be installed to use existing system. After checking out what I had they assured that they would be able to do so. I would need a Universal remote. I told them to deliver the TV and bring what was needed to finish the job that I would pay for any extra items needed. They came back and a fine job.

Aaron was extremely knowledgeable. He provided information about the placement of the subwoofer that expertly solved our problem. He goes above and beyond just installing a monitor and programming remote controls. Best Buy, Aaron elevates your Geek Squad!

The geek squad is worth every penny you spend with them. First, they come into your home with their shoes covered. They bring in a table, place your tv on a blanket so it does not get any scratches. They will review all the in and outs of your new tv. They are fast, work as a team and very polite

They got to my 91 yr old dad’s assisted living residence at 5pm and stayed until they’d gotten everything working for him. very patient guys. He was thrilled.
