Needed a site visit to determine the type of flat screen tv for my family room. Bill Wright continues to provide excellent service and great advice. We ask for him by name whenever we purchase something requiring installation. He goes beyond the call of duty when installing our equipment. He is very patient, knowledgeable and courteous. The Geek Squad consultant came to my house to work on a sound issue. He analyzed the problem, large room with high ceiling, He took his time, adjusted the sound setting on my receiver and greatly improve the sound in the room. The auto settings on the receive could not adjust for the room size and produce good sound especially for TV movies.

Geek Squad techs assessed the needs in my home from the modem to all the devices. They laid out a plan and transferred notes to Best Buy so we could pick out equipment that fits our needs.
