They seemed to be knowledgeable. It was suggested the can also use a floating TV stand, but when I went to the store there was no stand to look at. That I could look at one on-line was the suggestion. The employees that I talked to did not seem that interested to help me.

Great sound system. But for the money they could include a simple user guide for a few dollars more, so we don’t have to download in from an website.

I can’t say Thank you enough to Geek Squad “Kirk”. I was ready to give up on connecting my washer and dryer to WiFi and Kirk came out to assist and long story short he is amazing and very patient. He was not going to give up until my washer and dryer worked, even if that meant multiple trips to my home until the problem was solved. Thank you Geek Squad “Kirk” ! 5 Thumbs up!!!!

agent discussed different remote options for my home entertainment system. he was very knowledgeable, patient, and went over quite a few options. he explained it in such a way that my wife and i are able to make an informed decision prior to our purchase. he wasnt looking to 'sell us'. a good geek guy to work with.

The techs were professional and recommended everything I need once my house is completed . The Geek squad will install the TVs and sound bar that I will purchase from Best Buy .

This was a consultation (free) from the Geek Squad about cutting our cable cord .. We ended up purchasing the Total Tech annual program and we couldn't be happier.. They've come out a few times for problems.. Always super helpful, no rush whatsoever.

Oe went on line to see if they had a side by side to fit ito our space. Our old refrigerator is not doing well and we went to Best Buy to replace it. We found one on line and went to the store to order it. It was quite pleasureable and the cost was great. we had to oder it at it will be delivered in a few weeks. Great Experience.

The agent advised me on what needed to be done to complete the set up of my home theater. Then rescheduled me to complete the installation of needed wiring for proper setup.

the best buy agent came to do a site survey for our media room. the room is under construction so it was very helpful to know where best placement for ceiling/wall speakers and ceiling mounted projector was, so we could have in-wall speaker wires and hdmi cables in place.

New tv installed and head phones added. Great job!

I really like the Bose earbuds. The sound is wonderful and it's rather simple to place them in the ears and keep them there. I wish they lasted longer before recharding.

Came for a home theater site survey on a new home build, Gave very good advice on what systems are available and what would sound good in my space. Definitely would use them again.

Geek squad was very punctual and explained everything in detail

The agent who I spoke with took his time and listened to what I said was happening with my laptop. He clearly explained what the problem was and what would need to be done to fix the problems. I left me laptop with the agent and within a timely manner it was fixed and I’m completely satisfied with the service provided.

Bradley was Awesome to be in our house and assess our environment for the equipment we need for an updated TV & Sound system for our living room. We are thankful and look forward to the install!
