Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my TV on an A Frame wall

I had purchased new out door speakers. Found that one had distorted sound. When I switched the speakers, I discovered the distortion was in the wire, not a faulty speaker. Geek squad agents traced the problem to poor wiring on the volume control and immediately rectified the situation. The agents showed me the problem and explained the solution. Thank you.

Very professional installation of the tv on our rock fireplace

The agent came to my home and evaluated the performance of my existing home theater audio system. He was on time, thoroughly evaluated the system, offered a detailed critique and described available options for upgrading. It was apparent that he was very knowledgeable about the subject matter. I was very pleased.

The Geek Squad installed my whole house HDTV antenna in my attic. This required multiple visits due to signal reception issues. They were professional, on-time, personable, and persistent in their efforts to solve the problem. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

Geek Squad arrived as scheduled - kept me informed that they would be a few minute later than planned. They went right to work installing and setting up the TV and Roku. They explained very thoroughly how to set up passwords and to use remote and applications. I could not have been more impressed with Agents Dicesare and Huddleston.

Chris was wonderful setting up my tv with Roku and Utube tv. His patience was greatly appreciated by a senior citizen with limited technical ability.

The tech showed up “ON TIME”, and interviewed me acutely about what my desired state with my equipment would be. I answered questions for about 5 minutes, and he started and in one hour accomplished what I had been trying to do for 5 years. Hooray!! Glad I did it. Probably didn’t hurt that I spend about $15k on my audio venture.

Ryan primarily, and Max secondarily, gave me excellent information, counsel, advice, and suggestions for remounting my 10 yr old Samsung (from Best Buy) SmartTV to the Init stand, so a new Sony Bravia can be wall mounted, and repositioning the Init. Also, info re Ring Doorbell, and the Alexa app.

Chavis came on time and was very personable and friendly. He connected my 4cameras to the internet and set up the cameras to be monitored on my phone. He did a great job, I'm very pleased.....Thanks
