Agents tried their best but the out come was negative. Even with the help (???) of Ring customer support the item is still not functional. I spent another 2 1/2 hours over the last days with them to no avail!.

The agents replaced two circuit boards which did not repair the tv since it was the OLED front display panel that was defective. They then put the original circuit boards back In the tv. Great professional work!!!

The person that came out to do my site survey was really helpful. I live in an apartment building that is really old so the idea of mounting my new tv onto the unknown was daunting. The person from geek squad was able to come up with a great plan for how to mount the tv and gave some really good feedback about height and location given the set up of my living room.

What this service they mount your TV fix your electronics weather they come from Best buy or not put together any kind of thing you got that you need putting together oh and I almost forgot whatever warranties you pick after having total tech service is discounted just a halo over good thing there are two Best buy has been good to me.

The agent came to my house and after asking several questions stated that he could save me a lot of money without having to re-cable my security system. I am very happy. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for his proposal to come in. I was hoping it would have been the next day....but we are now on 3 days.

I really appreciate the service of coming out for a quick look so the meat & potatoes of a repair is streamlined and efficient. The tech that came out was not just knowledgeable, but very personable ( a big plus in my mind). I will have no reluctance to have the Geek Squad address any other issues I have with my electronics/computers/laptops.

Except for a missing power cord for one of the TV's installed the job was done very well. Hope to get them to finish up the last TV with a phone call to check out the remote connections to the system components with the new TV remote purchased.

Good timely professional service and delivery experience

Rachel was great with recommendations for what we needed and how to set up our system. Then the guy who installed the product did a great job of hooking it up and showing us what our best options were for tv, movie or music sounds.

Seriously amazing service by the team who mounted my tv, everything was spaced perfectly and they even left the exact space needed on my mantle for a sound bar. All wires were tucked, zip tied, for a super clean and professional look. Could not be happier.

The site survey was conducted in a very professional manner. They were thorough and not once did I feel pressure to buy their service. The team even recommended a few other upgrades they could assist me with in the future if I chose to. Overall it was a pleasurable interaction and they are definitely on my list of professional service providers I would contract in the future.

They basically told me it was going to cost more to install my speakers than what I had paid for it, but it is handy to have the option if I ever needed it with something else.
