I am a true believer in Geek Squad. I make sure I renew it every year. Where ever I went for Geek Squad, they have always been helpful. Even if I don't make an appointment, I have been able to be accepted as a walk in and get taken care of.

Two TV’s, two stands, one sound bar, and a wall oven were scheduled to be installed on Nov. 30. The two techs that showed up to install the TV and stands were outstanding. Oven did not arrive for second time.

Agent was very knowledgeable and provided multiple options for us to choose from for the audio and video services and a mounting rack for our equipment. Still waiting on the official quote from the agent.

The agents quickly diagnosed a programming issue with our home theater system and had us back up and running within minutes. Much appreciated.

The survey itself was fine. The technician did not put any detailed notes in his assessment, nor was I sent a copy. When I went back to the store to purchase the TV and order installation no one was able to determine what I needed for proper installation due to lack of detail in the assessment. The sales people were very helpful but had their hands tied. The Geek Squad tech instructed me to run 60' of CAT6 networking cable, which I hired an electrician to do. He said it was too long of a run for an HDMI cable. He also said that I would need some type of converter from Cat6 to HDMI and another for HDMI to Cat6. That's what the issue was. No one knew what type of converter it was. Joe, one of the salespersons ran to the back to talk to an installer that happened to be there. It was determined that I needed two HDMI Extender Over Ethernet for Cat6. (Best Buy does not stock, by the way.) I had been in the store over an hour and had to leave because I was running late for an appointment. So I had to leave without purchasing the TV which is priced at $2499,99. and installation for $249.99. I would have also purchased an extended warranty.

The two guys that came out to our house were fantastic, very informative and respectful of our home, our time and our situation. Would highly recommend them and am thinking of getting a service plan with them and having them come back out and install my new Orbi.

The agents that came to the site to advise how to set up a home theater and what products I needed were very knowledgeable and helpful.

The only reason that my Overall Rating wasn't in the "Great" catagory is that when the Best Buy representative told me that this was the largest TV that would fit in the available space... he was wrong. I could have gotten a TV that was one size larger.

The Geek Squad expert was very helpful. He identified a couple of ways we could improve our wifi performance without spending any money. He also answered some questions we had related to the ways we configure our Smart Home devices for best performance,

I only buy Samsung TV's. The TV has a clear bright picture

The geek agent who came onsite was wonderful. I was able to tell him my request and he made wonderful recommendations for a camera system for my house. He communicated very well of the steps that would be involved with installment. Overall, I went with the Nest camera system and felt confident that I could install it.

They squad arrived on time. They evaluated my situation, they had a lot of ideas on how to mount the TV into brick, they helped me repack a mount I had bought! Great service.

The two agents were awesome. They were professional, courteous, patient, highly capable, and figured out our issue. They also determined a temporary fix until we install an upgrade that we will schedule soon.

Surveyor was knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. Understood what I wanted and gave me clear expectations of what they could and couldn’t do. Gave me some pointers if things I could do myself.

Anytime we call the for assistance your staff always provide a phenomenal experience and we love the Total Tech package along with recommending this to everyone.

The agent was in constant contact w/ me about the day and time of arrival. The agent was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assure that the service call was successfully completed.

The Geek Squad came to my house to install a Ring Doorbell with camera and a camera at my backdoor. Very nice gentlemen, with knowledge to install the necessary cameras. I will recommend them to anyone who wishes the equipment!!

Great job once again by Geek Squad’s Kevin and his partner. They have been in our home several times this year and each time have done an excellent job, always above our expectations. We will definitely for Total Tech again next year. It’s an outstanding value.
